We arrived to an exceptional clean home that had plenty of towels and other small things we forgot to pack (looking at you qtips) coffee maker was a nice addition and the dogs loved the fenced back yard. We enjoyed the fire pit area for out morning coffee (no fire).Beds were comfortable and we slept great. Convenient to a lot of great flood places which Natalie the host helped narrow it down to some great options for us. Parking was fine for our suv, it could be tight for two cars but the street parking would fix that. Dogs loved the walk to the clnear y county park also which was clean and empty.Highly recommend this property if you are looking for an area close to downtown and don't want the hassles associated with downtown. We will look for availability on our next visit!

You will be happy you stayed here! We stayed the week with our kids and small dog. Safe neighborhood, so cozy, very clean, stocked with essentials, and perfect location for exploring Charlotte. We will be back!

We stayed a few nights to visit Charlottesville. House was clean, didn’t cook any meals and was the right size for our group. Beds were on the firmer side but it’s close to train tacks which was challenging for the light sleepers.

This was our second stay, and, once again, the house was spotless. The kitchen is roomy and has everything we need to cook any dish. Beautiful home. The host is easy to communicate with and very helpful. Great value!

The property was so cute and comfortable! Kitchen was fully stocked of all needed supplies and there was even outdoor accessories. The boardgames were fun and the linens were comfy.

This was a fantastic property, very clean and very well appointed with daily conveniences. The bathrooms are beautiful. The location is perfect for uptown activities. We loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. I walked around the neighborhood each morning as well and didn't feel unsafe. We would definately stay here again.

We stayed here when we came into town to see a show at the Blumenthal Theatre. The location was a convenient 2 miles away from the theatre while still giving us plenty of room to spread out. It was great having a fenced yard for our dog.

The location is in perfect repair, stocked with soaps and towels, and well managed by Natalie? More than that, with art on the walls and an aire of being loved, it felt like home!

Great home with plenty of room for 5 people our dog. Has a lovely backyard, everything we need was available in the home. Enjoyed the location - close to whitewater rafting, victory lane go carts and pickle bar as well as many fun/unique meals. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Charlotte area.

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend stay at this lovely home on Polk Street. It was absolutely perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations in several ways.First and foremost, the property was impeccably tidy and felt very welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were particularly impressed with the tasteful renovation. We found plenty of fresh linens, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, including all the basic cooking essentials, a convenient dishwasher, and even a clothes washer and dryer – a real bonus!There's a nicely furnished deck in the backyard. The fire pit in the lower part of the backyard, complete with comfortable chairs, was a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.Our host, Natalie, was a pleasure to deal with. She communicated readily and was always prompt and helpful in her responses. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and seamless.The location of the home is also a major plus. Being near downtown Charlotte made it easy to navigate to all the local attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated being able to avoid highways for much of our travel, thanks to the convenient location. Furthermore, the neighborhood itself was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay.Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located home in Charlotte.

The host is terrific and quite responsive. Home was spotless. Yard was terrific if traveling with a dog. The home was fairly well stocked. It would be helpful for guests to have some instructions for using the TV which was difficult to navigate. The deduction for location was the home is near the NC Music Factory and we found the music to be quite loud, but other than that the location is terrific.

The house is perfect for a little getaway to Charlotte! It is close to everything; my favorite being VGBG! My puppy had a place to explore in the fenced-in backyard, which is such a plus. Thank you!

We had a great stay ! The house is beautiful and updated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We needed a place to stay for a concert and also take our fur baby. The back yard is fenced which was a big plus! There is a new deck and fire pit in the back to relax and enjoy! The hostess (Natalie) was super response. We LOVED this house and if we are ever in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!!!

We needed somewhere to stay between our final inspection and closing on our new home in Charlotte. Our stay was amazing and we’ll forever cherish the time we had in our temporary home away from home. The location was perfect - close to work and also offered a walking-distance park for our son. We had plenty of space and a large yard for our dog. Communication with Natalie was amazing. We would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has ample room, is very clean and well appointed. We were able to easily Uber to local breweries, restaurants and other venues.

This house was impressively renovated. I wish the owner would consider black out curtains for the bedrooms as the street lights shine directly into the bedrooms and a prep table in the kitchen since it would make the layout more workable.

Beautiful home with cool upgrades that is clean and well kept. It has a really cool outdoor fire pit and deck. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were in town to run the Charlotte marathon and needed a place where we could make our own meals and keep our pup. This house checked all of the boxes at a great price. The backyard was perfect for throwing the ball for the dog, and the amenities in the house were just what we needed. Close to downtown, but in a sweet neighborhood. The home is close to the highway and a train, so be aware that you can hear that. I’m a light sleeper, but didn’t find the noise to be much of an issue. Would absolutely choose to stay here again the next time we are in town.

We spent one night at Natalie’s home and it was perfect! Great location, clean, family and pet friendly. There is a playground very close by and a great beer hall down the street with games for the kids. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
