Our house is a beautiful historic Spanish revival home located in the center of Willamette Valley and is the only historic Spanish home in the city surrounded by the historic Mill Creek canals along a canopy of Linden trees. It is the most tree covered street in all of salem and is very fragrant from the Linden tree flowers from Spring to mid Summer.
We are 1 mile from the downtown area, the capitol, and Willamette University; 10 minutes from wineries, and 20 minutes from Silver Falls

Stayed Sep 16, 2025Communication could have been a little earlier, but otherwise things went pretty smoothly. Nice set up of home. Very clean. Bright and sunny. The beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024My family and I came in from South Carolina for my graduation from Oregon State University. We had trouble finding houses in Corvallis, so when we found this location, we were so tickled. It was exceptionally roomie for five adults and provided plenty of privacy for each of us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We enjoyed our evening walks around the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. That location was close to really great food locations and really enjoyed Word of Mouth for breakfast. Every room had a TV, which was great at the end of the night for us to settle down before bed. The only minor issues we ran into were the ceiling fans did not work and coffee maker was difficult to use. A++++ Would recommend!!!!

Stayed May 22, 2024This was a great place, and in an awesome location. We were driving to the fairgrounds everyday and this was close and clean. Only thing i was sad about was i had to go buy a coffee maker because the one they had only made 6 ounce coffees and was super messy. Several adults every morning we needed something that gave us our morning coffee a little faster. But other than that it was perfect for our trip.
