You're just a half-mile to Disch-Falk Field, home of UT-Austinbaseball. In the morning, take a breezy stroll to a cafe. This charming neighborhood boasts some of the city's best bars and restaurants. Literature buffs won't want to miss the O. Henry Museum. Music lovers will want to explore Zilker Park, less than four miles away, home of the Austin City Limits Music Festival. Kids will love the Zilker Zephyr Miniature Train. On warm summer days, bring your suit because the park also boasts a 3-acre spring-fed pool. Visit the many other parks along the Colorado River. Rent a bike and ride along the Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail.

Retire to the primary bedroom, outfitted with an armchair and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. There's a stacked washer/dryer in the nearby bathroom. A bonus alcove near the front of the home has a sofa bed and a privacy curtain.

This is a duplex, and the owner lives on the other side of the home.
Guests may not leave their dog unattended inside the home or outside, even if they are crated.
Guests may not have visitors after 10 p.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
