Spacious waterfront home on Casco Bay

Loved this beautiful home. So cozy with lovely views.

Perfect sunsets, tranquility, incredible wildlife, and Suzanne is amazing and responsive. Big plus, she is also a Buffalo Bills Fan. Hard to leave this slice of heaven. Bonus- we had a seal visit the cove the day before we left.

This was an amazing home with beautiful views and a huge porch! Everything about outlet stay was comfortable and relaxing! A perfect spot to walk and enjoy nature.Susanne was responsive to all of our needs and quickly answered all questions.This was an outstanding house!!!

House well maintained and accurate to description. Lots of space and living areas for 6 adults, toddler and dogs. Kitchen utensils and cookware well stocked/good condition if you like to cook in. Located at end of quiet road- no traffic concerns and very nice area to walk along shore roads. Outside deck safe and comfortable ( gated). Nice enclosed lawn for dogs and family play. Many restaurants, shopping and brewery options nearby (10-20 minutes) in Freeport and Brunswick. Portland also great to visit (about 25 min.) It was very neat to watch tide changes from deck. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed another wonderful week at the Maine Mutt Mansion. This was our third stay at MMM and it has become a special place for us to celebrate our rescue pup’s “gotcha day.” MMM offers it all…great location, amazing views, and excellent amenities. The home is spacious yet cozy, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are comfy. While there’s so much to do in the area, we are just as happy to sit on the expansive deck, watch the tide roll in and out, and marvel at the coastal wildlife. We highly recommend this dog-friendly property for the ultimate relaxing Maine getaway!

We had the best week at Maine Mutt Mansion. The house was perfect for our family—sisters, spouses, kids, and one very happy dog. The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and has a beautiful view.

The house is wonderful, roomy and comfortable. They allow pets, so our fur babies were included. They have a fenced in area for the dogs and a gate on the deck, it was a perfect. And you couldn't beat the view!

Great Christmas holiday with a perfect White Christmas in Maine….plenty of room for all with a warm fire and a twinkling tree!

Our family which included 7 adults & a baby had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of room for all. We especially loved the privacy of the location & of course the beautiful views. The kitchen was great & had everything we needed to cook several meals. Very close to downtown Freeport. Also not a bad ride to Portland & Boothbay Harbor. Susanne was very attentive checking to make sure we got in ok & also very quick to answer if we had any questions. All in all a great family vacation!!

This home was perfect for grandparents, children, grandchildren and dogs! The kitchen is stocked with everything a large family needs and this spacious house has plenty of room for all of us! The gated deck, as well as the fenced in yard, provide much-needed relaxation for adults while the kids and dogs play safely! The water front scenery never gets old, even though this was our fourth stay here! This is the perfect place for our family to enjoy each other in a perfect setting!

Upstairs balconies were covered in mold therefore, unuseable. Upstairs kitchen refrigerator was covered in rust and mold, peeling drywall above upstairs M bathroom, toilet seats loose,, huge crack in counter in main floor kitchen Unable to access Casco bay safely. . The properwith provise

Property was very nice at the end of a quiet street. We enjoyed watching the tide change and all the birds. Close to Portland and Augusta. Everyone in our group was impressed!

The perfect place for a family getaway - private location, beautiful deck with great scenery, easy access to Restaurants and Freetport/Brunsiwick, and a wonderful place to call home for a week. Susanne the owner was very responsive to our requests and the property had everything you need for a weeks stay! We plan to be back in 2025.
