Stayed Nov 1, 2025Great place to stay. Lots of room for sleeping, short walk to the bar, and calm place to dock the boat. Had an issue with the ice machine and Tammy was quick to get it fixed for us! Will stay here again!

Stayed May 18, 2025Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Central ac wasn’t cool. Window units worked well. Fans were available to move air towards the bedroom but didn’t help much.

Stayed Apr 22, 2025Very roomy and has everything you need. I would book again on the next trip. The only thing I might change is to have another bedroom with a queen size bed. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Other than checking in about 45 minutes late, as the property was still being cleaned, we had an awesome stay. Cliff was great and we will be looking to stay there next year on our annual event. Great property and very convenient to everything.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Absolute perfect location! I have stayed in Venice many times. Some real fancy places, this was perfect for 8 Old guys who need to pee a lot at night, nice bathrooms!! Most nights we had 12 people for dinner, eight of us plus the guides. No issues. Will definitely return

Stayed May 9, 2024Perfect location at Venice Marina. It is a older house boat on water but clean and has everything needed. Large ice maker on back is a big plus.
