Stayed Jan 15, 2026I would say the set up is perfect as i stay in Venice regularly. One bit of advice that I would give is to maybe put something to hang close on in each room. Even if it was a stand alone rack. Also we fixed the bathroom door on the left when you enter from the Dock on the left the hinges appeared to have bent some making in not availed to close completely. All in all nice place good lay out.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025So nice, new, clean and convenient to the Venice Marina! Perfect for our group as we were there for a fishing weekend. We were also able to walk to the marina restaurant and our fishing captain picked us up from our dock each morning. Loved staying here and look forward to being back!
