Stayed Sep 18, 2025We had 12 adults who were here for the NASCAR race. The place was awesome. We had tons of room and plenty of beds. Amazing views of the lake, quite yet close to everything. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. The only complaint is no water pressure in the shower in the cottage. Also the stairs in the house wouldn’t be elderly friendly. Spiral all the way up and down.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Lovely spot! We loved all the decks, the dock and the gorgeous view. We brought our kayaks but also used their canoe for fishing. The owners were easy to communicate and helped us with any questions we had. There was plenty of room for all of us and we would definitely go back.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We enjoyed our stay, did not need the additional cottage. The home slept 7 adults comfortably. Access to bedrooms is problematic via a very tight spiral staircase. Water pressure needs some attention. The scenic views are breathtaking and overall the home is spacious and well stocked. I would schedule this property again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We stay here every summer for 2 weeks. It is the perfect place for our family of 4 adults, our boxer dog, and visiting friends and relatives. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space AND for all of us to congregate on a rainy day. Love the large dining area for eating together and playing games with lots of people. The huge deck also accommodates lots of people. There’s plenty of parking - room for our own 3 cars, our boat trailer and still room for guest parking. We are already looking forward to next year.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023My family and I rented this house for our first ever vacation all together. Yes, the house needs some updates, but the main floor and deck we're perfect for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and the lake view is outstanding. Our hosts were very responsive, and gracious. I will definitely rent again. We made memories for a lifetime. Thank you to the Gaughan's for being excellent hosts.
