Stayed Dec 20, 2025The house was in a lovely, quiet location with views of alligators floating past the screened lanai on most afternoons. There was plenty of bedding, towels, pool floats, beach toys, and games - don't worry about packing your own! The host was readily available to answer any questions. Ten of us (mostly kids) stayed for over a week during Christmas break and flew home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025The house and property was amazing for a family get-together. Close to Gasparilla Island as well as restaurants and shopping. Spacious for at least 6-7 people, 8 or nine if they have small kids (2-8 years old). The only complaint was the grill, it barely worked and there was a 1/2 tank of propane. But, its honestly such a minor complaint. My family had a great time and would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Amazing stay, really close to the beaches. Clean and ample home for a good time with family. We enjoyed the pool and backyard space. Owner was very flexible with late checkout. Home had all the amenities we needed.

Stayed Jun 3, 2025We love coming to Rotonda West and this house did not disappoint. Kim was great to work with and replied in no time. The house was very clean and the pool area was amazing. The house has more towels than we have ever had. The washer and dryer was very fast and efficient. Every light switch is labeled so you dont spend half your week figuring out which switch does what!The 5th room/office is out in the open. It wasnt a problem with our family. The youngest (14) was the last one up everynight. Overall great rental.
