Spacious Wasilla Home ~ 1 Mi to Boat Launch!

It was amazing!!! Beautiful views, super-comfortable house, nice neighborhood.I can't recommend it enough.

Excellent staging location for the activities we had planned to do…Williams Reindeer Farm, the Matanuska Glacier, and Hatcher Pass. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. Use of the canoe was an added bonus.

We so enjoyed our stay! This home gave us plenty space and for us to split of in separate rooms. The view from the family room is beautiful and from the pier is amazing! Great location allowing ease of travel So appreciate the property manager getting a gas grill and being so helpful when we needed our battery jumped

The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, gorgeous view

We kept five hockey boys for the weekend to play state. The hosts was extremely accommodating and gracious. It was a perfect set up to host multiple teens in between their games and to ensure that they were sleeping.

Our stay was fantastic! Beautiful home. Beautiful view. Comfortable living room and appropriate space for the number of guests as advertised. Kitchen is outfitted beautifully with quality pans and dishes.

This was an awesome place! Very comfortable, roomy, and accommodating. We enjoyed the stay even though it was rainy!

Very nice home!! Kept thinking the inside of the house was very nice, but the outside/front yard/back yard needed more attention, and the railings needed a paint job. The front door lock was not simple to figure out - took about 10 minutes to figure out the lock & door combination. First thought we had come to the wrong address! We soon texted the property manager about some window blinds that were broken and in need of repair. The windows were very nice, looking out to the backyard & lake front. But if we had wanted to use the window blinds in the main living room we would not have been able to, the blinds were inoperable, stuck in the UP position, the cords used to operate the blinds were broken and not even attached to the blinds. We could see outside the home but would not be able to block anyone's view of the inside of the home. When we arrived the garbage bin was full with at least three, maybe four, bags of trash. When we left on Thursday morning, we had taken the trash bin to the street, added our one bag of garbage to the side of the bin, and hoped the trash would get picked up. At least the cleaning crew was already outside the house when we left the house. Our stay was very nice and we highly recommend the house - we just hope the owner starts working on the yards.

This is a great home away from home. The house is well equipped and the views are beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space to sleep and the family room and dining room were perfect for entertaining and enjoying a rainy day. The lake was nice, but Alaska lakes are really the kind you jump off the dock to going swimming.

It was a great trip for the heart… gorgeous views and listening to the sea planes come and go on the lake. The home had all we needed, although a toaster oven would have been nice so we wouldn’t have to heat the home more in the summer while cooking (no air conditioner). The beds need a lot of help… squeaky adult mattresses, flimsy bunk bed, and kids mattresses on the floor in the loft ( which was understandable given the slope of the ceiling). For those of you traveling as couples, it may be helpful to know the layout is not ideal for privacy since the two adult bedrooms are back to back and even share a wall for the beds. For those of you traveling with kids or teens, the open loft would make a great little play room since it has a sofa, tv, and two twin mattresses.

We absolutely loved this house. The only thing that could be better is the beds. But would love to stay here again.
