Spacious Victorian, 5 minute walk to beach, town, and ferry in Oak Bluffs

The property is well located, updated and clean. My group had a blast staying at this property and would absolutely recommend that others stay here for their trip to Martha’s Vineyard.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home! The location was ideal—just a short walk to Inkwell Beach and Circuit Avenue. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay easy and comfortable. Stacey was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, going out of her way to accommodate our needs. When we couldn’t locate the remote control upon arrival, she made sure we had a replacement right away. We truly appreciated her effort and hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Best porch on island! Great close to town but quiet location.

We have stayed at this property for multiple times and it is a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to downtown Oak Bluffs and the beach. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need to feel like you're at home.

We had a great time at MV. The location of the property contributed greatly to our enjoyment. Next the layout of the house allowed for interaction and privacy when needed. The porch is everything... special touch.

This home is absolutely perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. The location is amazing- everything in Oak Bluffs is within a few minutes walk away. The home is beautiful, with multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, everyone can hang out together or have their own space. Our favorite was the enormous table on the porch, set with multiple lanterns and flowers, that could fit everyone together for dinner every night. This home is tastefully decorated and incredibly well stocked with matching dinnerware, any cooking utensil, serving dish, pot or pan that you could every need, plenty of spices, tea, and sundry supplies. There are even extra tea light candles for the lanterns. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated and modern. The air conditioners were strong and quiet making meal prep in the kitchen and game night in the dining room a pleasure. There is a large yard on the side of the house and there are plenty of lawn games, such as cornhole and bocce ball, that you can play. The game room is stocked with workout equipment and board games as well as a comfortable couch to watch tv from. The owner shows a real attention to detail when it comes to the small touches that make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The owner was incredibly responsive to any question that we had. We wholeheartedly recommend renting this home.
