Stayed Nov 21, 2024We have used VRBO for several years when we travel. Rental of this house was for a Family Wedding. House was dirty and unclean upon arrival. Dead Flies throughout the house. Toiletries etc....were sparse. Outside Screened porch (which was used as a feature) was filthy. Furniture was worn and old. Outside yard was unkept.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024Everything was as described. We especially loved the porch and outdoor space. This was used a lot by the four teens. Porch was great for escaping in the morning to drink coffee in peace. The shared spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms were great. The living room provided plenty of space for us to have an air mattress. The kitchen left some things to be desired with a dirty pan in the oven, leftover sauces in a bowl on the table with opened chili flakes, and coffee filters splayed in drawer leaving us uncertain to their usability/cleanliness.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Great location and beautiful comfy place. Unfortunately, I’m not 100% sure that the place was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There was hair on the sheets/pillow cases and on the bathroom floor. Also, torn or bent up furniture, and lots of cracks in floor and walls. Other than that, which for the most part we cleaned, it was a great place to stay! That’s why we still gave it a great review!

Stayed May 23, 2024Our stay was smooth and the place was great! Had all the extras for your stay :) The space was roomy and the screened in back porch was a bonus! Also a great location. We would stay here again while in Valdosta.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024The home was very accommodating for my guests and I. The decor was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax, socialize, and retreat to privacy when needed. Overall, the house was clean and well-kept with plenty of amenities that we are not used to having with other rentals. Jeff was a wonderful and very responsive host! We will definitely rent his home again as we also recommend it to others.

Stayed Jan 5, 2024We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for my husband and I, our 3 month old and some friends. I am so glad we booked this house! It was so spacious and comfortable, and very tidy and clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!
