Spacious Vacation Home located in Tierra Linda

Great place had plenty of rooms and beds for our guest, had a great time pool was awesome had everything we needed except towels. Definitely would recommend

Property was well taken care of, plenty of room to spread out. Overall A+

The house is beautiful, but decorating the walls would make it better more home like. The mattress are terrible and the king bed squeaks real bad, you need to put a high lock on the back door to keep kids from going out to the pool. We did unclog the rain gutters for you they were clogged with a toy football.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We ended up having a group of 16 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We did have an issue with the pool from the previous group but we were informed of the issue and there were maintenance people there every morning keeping us informed. The kitchen was fully stocked for large breakfasts and the grill was perfect for dinner.

The house itself was very clean and nice. Perfect for groups. However, during check in we didn’t receive any instructions for clean up prior to departure and check out process. Also, be aware that they do not supply towels or extra trash bags, so be prepared to bring your own! They don’t tell you this ahead of time. Unfortunately the pool isn’t heated so we didn’t get in much due to the weather only being around 75 and cloudy our entire stay. Also, you have access to the river a couple of miles away, but we didn’t receive any info on where this was when we checked in either. Overall, the place is nice, but maybe a little better communication would improve the overall experience of the stay.
