Spacious Upscale Home w/heated Pool+Parking NearFQ

What a fantastic place for my group of 8!! Plenty of space to dine and lounge without being crowded. The 4 bathrooms made our evening and morning routines drama free! Bus and streetcar stops were only two blocks either direction. We would absolutely recommend this house !

The house was great and big enough for my family of eight. We were supplied with things you don’t normally get with a VRBO. There were paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid and so on. The check in and check out procedure was easy. If I make another trip to New Orleans I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome experience! House had all the accommodations we could ask for and was quite spacious! Host was fantastic to deal with. Great communicator and even checked in to see how we were doing. Would highly recommend! Property is close to anything and everything you would want to see in NOLA!

Property was excellent. Exactly as described. equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic Graduation Weekend in NOLA. Very spacious, nice pool and backyard. Ample parking, Within walking distance of the CBD and Garden District. The neighborhood was transitional and it seemed many blocks had recently been razed and rebuilt with short term rentals.

The property and the host were amazing. Was happy to assist us with special requests, and speedy to respond to any questions. The beds were very comfortable and house stocked with everything you could need. (No food but a 1 minute walk from a micro-brewery/bakery/etc..) The pool was heated and a pleasure to socialize in. Would definitely recommend....

This property is ideal. The living room, kitchen and dining areas, and outdoor spaces (including the pool) were perfect for our group. The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were exactly as pictured in the listing. The location is great, and the management is very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Our group loved this house for our Mardi Gras stay! It's hard to beat being only 2 blocks off the parade route. There is plenty of room to hangout and we enjoyed the pool after long days of parading. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked but there are tons of restaurants close by if you don't want to cook. The fun, funky decor was a whole vibe. Our host Nicholas was responsive and easy to reach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This house was fantastic. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 10. The house was well appointed. We had a hiccup or two that were not major and Nicholas is an incredibly responsive host who took care of everything immediately. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again. The neighborhood is undergoing lots of construction so be aware of that. Otherwise, we were all very happy with our stay. Thank you!

We stayed at this home for the 2025 Christmas Holiday for 5 days and it was perfect. It was very spacious, beds were comfortable and location was great. We arrived a little earlier into NOLA than the check in time and was allowed early access which was perfect due to our long drive. The bathrooms had enough towels and the kitchen had enough garbage bags. Communication with the owner was also perfect and fast if any questions arose. Will definitely look into staying here again!

The house was perfect for 8 of us for the weekend. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone, and having the outdoor area with a pool was very nice. Location was also great with St Charles street right around the block and easy to get to French quarter and other activities. Had a blast and would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our family's trip into town. Great ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms. Heated pool was a nice benefit for us to relax after a long day of walking around playing tourist with some family that had never visited the city before.

It was great staying here! We had 8 guys and everyone was comfortable with the space. Everything was clean and the outdoor area and pool were a bonus as we could use those to relax. Host was very responsive and the property was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Would say again!

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures! Everything we needed was readily available and the communication with Nicholas was great! Neighborhood was great as well no problems but there is a club nearby called treehouse that partied pretty late. I highly recommend renting this beautiful property.

The experience was enjoyable. The house was beautiful! The bed rooms did not have tvs but that was fine for us. By the time we got in the bed it was time for sleep lol. The backyard is smaller than it looks on the picture but it is cute and all you really need. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and laying on the lounge chairs. 10 out 10 highly recommend this property.

Brand new construction. Beautiful home with fantastic amenities. Kids loved having the pool, even if it was a little cool. That is the only basis for not getting a 5 star review - the pool heater never caught up to where it was really comfortable for everyone. The house sits on the edge of a lot of gentrification in the neighborhood. Short walk to cool places on Magazine and easy ride to the French Quarter. We will definitely start here when the next trip to New Orleans rolls around. Thanks for letting our family enjoy the home!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room & bathrooms for our hroup of 10. Convient location & felt safe in tge neighborhood!

The house was very nice. The beds were super comfy, and there were lots of towels, which was very nice. It was a short walk to the street car. The negatives: The house had dust bunnies, and the side tables had dust. The HVAC was a bit tricky. The first-floor bedroom was hot, but the kitchen and living room were cool. I would suggest supplying a kitchen towel since one was not available. I like the area and house and would stay again!

The property is brand new and is in great shape. Very much enjoyed our stay
