Spacious & Updated 1920's HSNP Craftsmen Home

The house was perfect the pictures didnt do it justice. It was located perfect for everything we wanted to do close to the downtown area and very quiet neighborhood we will definitely stay her again the host was good at staying in touch to see of we needed anything.

This was our second time to stay in this beautiful home! It’s so close to Central Avenue at tucked away in a sweet, quiet neighborhood. The amenities are nice, from the kitchen to the jet tub, and the beds are so comfortable! You won’t be disappointed with your stay here

Loved that Hot Springs National Park was one block away. Our sweet house was beautiful. The amenities were amazing. Im glad we stayed here and definitely advise anyone to stay here. Its in the historic district and we walked each afternoon and met several neighbors walking their dogs and cats. We felt so at home.

Very convenient to all of downtown, and hot springs nat'l park. Everything needed in the kitchen, we were not in need of anything! Especially enjoyed the screened in front porch!

I can’t say enough about this house! It was absolutely beautiful, great communication with host. More than enough amenities in the home. The master bed was so comfortable! We felt right at home and can’t wait to visit again. Great location to downtown area and Oaklawn.

Eric was very hospitable and welcoming with a convenient check in and communication. The house has everything you need and we’ll gladly return again.

I wish I could give our stay 20 stars out of 10!! Check in was a breeze, the house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were super close to Bath Row and restaurants. Safe, quiet neighborhood. The beds were incredibly comfortable too!! We’re already making plans to come back. Thank you, Eric!

We loved the location of the house! Beautiful neighborhood. Felt very safe there alone with my children. Felt comfortable walking morning and night. Friendly neighbors. Beautiful yards. Very easy to get to Magic Springs water park. Very easy and quick drive downtown. Overall lovely experience. The screened in front porch was very nice. Enjoyed morning coffee without the bugs or rain! We would rent again!

The pictures don’t even do it justice, this house is BEAUTIFUL and in the perfect location to downtown/Central Avenue! My kids wanted to buy the house and never leave I highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

This is a very large 2 bd / 1.5 bath! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. The property was awesome, clean, spacious, and a great location to all things hot springs. A lot of places you could even walk to, it was just cold when we visited. The host Eric is extremely engaged, responsive and accommodative. I’d highly recommend this place!

We were in town for a half marathon in which my daughter was entered. The location was great with easy access to downtown. The house was very nice with easy access to down totown.niceandwi

The house was spotless, comfortable, and cozy. The host has thought of practically everything one might need for the perfect stay. Hot Springs is one of my favorite getaways and we'll definitely check to see if this house is available before we look anywhere else. Close to everything downtown, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs due to this rental. The host is friendly and attentive. The home is spacious and upgraded and located very near everything in a quiet historic neighborhood. This is a place of quiet and relaxation. All appliances are updated and easy to use. The home is clean and retains its Craftsman charm. This is absolutely the best place to stay in town. We will certainly be back soon.

My 16 year old and I drove up from Aledo, TX for 4 days. We loved the house. Very clean and well done. Comfortable beds. Close to just about everything. Homeowner, Eric, was easy to contact and very personable. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!
