Spacious Townhouse with Sunset Views of Bird Sanctuary - and Community Pool

Perfect home for our stay! It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large nature area off the deck. Had one minor problem that was resolved immediately by the owner. There's quite a lot to do in Cape May. We highly recommend this home!

The location was great. The back view was wondeful and cery peaceful. The house is fine but the screen door to the deck was very hard to open and close and the house could use a good cleaning. Overall, we would stay there again.

Had a great stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice big size. Large walk in closet in master was also a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Our neighbor the coyote was very curious. The egrets, carolina wrens , osprey and others were delightful. We appreciated our wetlands viewscape. Try the Fish House Restaurant at Sunset Beach!

We came to Cape May to go birding, and this was a perfect spot to stay. The deck looked out over open wetlands with a small river running through it. There were tons of birds and even a coyote-at distance. The place was clean and comfortable, easy in and easy out. It was perfect for us and we’d love to stay there again.

Property was as described. Beautiful townhouse backing up to a tidel marsh.An added bonus was having a fireplace for christmas. Will rent it again in the future.

This townhouse is in a very quiet neighborhood, but is still within walking distance of the mall and the beaches. We went down for the annual Christmas house tour and this was the perfect location for us. Home was clean and well equipped. We had a slight problem with the heat, but the owner quickly responded to our request for help and solved the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

I had attempted to rent a few years ago. Scheduled wrong date. They were able to rent out my time and gave me back all my money. So when I needed a place this time it was available so I took it. Much appreciated the refund and was able to give it back.

The house is lovely and spacious with lots of places to sit and relax. The location is perfect, so close to restaurants and shops as well as the nature preserves. We especially loved watching the birds and the sunset outside on the back deck overlooking a beautiful marsh. Our only glitch was the grill. We had planned to cook our meal on the grill but found it had completely rusted through and was no longer usable. Other than that, the place was super nice and we would stay there again, for sure.

Spacious and clean residence on a small one-way street conveniently located in town. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a weekend in early October and had a wonderful time. It's really nice to sit out on the deck, at all hours, and look over the marsh and see birds, bunnies, etc - very peaceful, and a beautiful sunset! The house had everything we needed and is a short walk or drive to the downtown area. We walked to dinner one night in less than 20 minutes. And we loved Cape May - we'd never been, and it lived up to all our expectations!

My daughter's and I stayed for a week in early September and the house is lovely and comfortable..plenty of sleep options and ease to shopping and mall was great..pool just a short walk away..I highly recommend

My husband, myself and our two sons stayed at this lovely house for two nights. Everything was top notch and it was a short walk to town. Perfect in every way! I highly recommend this house!

Great vacation spot

Your description was very accurate. Easy to find, easy to park 2 cars. Nice bedrooms, clean bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the marsh especially in the morning when the gulls seemed to have a convention there. The pool was great for the kids as they made good use of it. Lot of room to lounge. shade from umbrellas. there were 6 of us. The two children slept in the room with the parents, which worked find for us but maybe not so good if they want more privacy. The grandparents slept in the larger room. Easy to dispose of trash. We think we kept th 2 kinds separate. We could not find a good broom to sweep us and only discovered the vacuum the day before we left. Also a busted wine opener which we tossed and found the fancy one in a different drawer. A well designed set of residences that preserve a sense of privacy for all. The ones looking out on the marsh are the best.
