Spacious Townhouse on Hwy 30-A just steps from the beach

Wonderful

Perfect place for a week stay near beach, 30a trail, rosemary & alys beach areas. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Very clean, good living/kitchen space and nice outside deck. Hosts responsive and provided helpful info. Will surely stay here again if I visit the area again.

Clean room, great location & a quick walk across the street to the beach. Beds were comfortable, nice furnishings throughout, not dated like some other places we’ve stayed. Porch upstairs & Downstairs with a small view of the beach from the upstairs balcony. Quiet location, full kitchen for cooking if desired. Convenient location about 1.5 miles to grocery store with fast EV chargers at Watersound Town Center. Several restaurants within a 5-10 min drive and many cyclists throughout the area. Walkable/bikeable area from inlet beach and west to Seaside and Grayton Beach. Full size washer and dryer was nice with soap provided too. Host communication always fast and my request of adding a day 3 months before our stay was easily accommodated without a problem. We’ll definitely be coming back here.

The property was just as listed. 2 minute walk to beach. The property was clean and comfortable. Communicatiojn was some of the best I have experienced on VRBO. Would recommend and/or stay again.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely location. The townhouse was perfect for our stay; very clean and great location. Nice and quiet community with a very short walk to the beach. We took advantage of the umbrella and chair rentals available through Jake's (host recommended and did not disappoint). We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Both beds were comfortable, and each bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries for our stay (4 nights). The second-floor kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cooking pans / utensils. We would love to visit this location again! Many thanks to Kevin and Chris for your hospitality and sharing your townhome with us.

What a wonderful stay at this little townhouse across the street. Was nice to have private access to the beach. Jakes Beach service was used for chair setup and it was a very short walk across the street to access. We will be back!!

Location was great, the beach is a short walk away and communication was quick when we needed something!

Just finished a week-long stay at this beautiful and comfortable home away from home. It’s furnished with all of the amenities you need and the communication with the property owners is always a pleasure. The private beach access across the street is such a plus with this rental - even during July 4th week, it was calm and not crowded.We have rented this home several times and will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Chris and Kevin replied right away when I had a question. The walk and access to the beach was quick and simple. House was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Beach chairs would have been a nice perk but overall a wonderful trip. Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved our stay, the condo was extremely clean and cozy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The beach was just a short walk across the street and the surrounding area was so fun to explore and easy to get to. The hosts were also extremely easy to talk with and ask any questions. I can’t recommend this place enough!
