The home is fully equipped for a stress-free stay and features upgraded appliances, granite countertops, rich hardwood flooring, custom built-in cabinetry, tasteful décor, and three separate sitting areas that allow guests to spread out and unwind. The ground level includes a private bedroom, a full bathroom, and access to a rear patio complete with a propane grill. The second level serves as the main living space, offering a spacious living room, dining area, an additional sitting area, and access to a charming balcony with tranquil pond views. On the third level, you will find two primary bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy, along with a generously sized, spa-like bathroom.
The Grande at Canal Pointe is a beautifully landscaped community with picturesque walking paths throughout.     Great spot. Great kitchen and supplies, garage has bikes and pool/beach toys, chairs, etc. Pool is great, although no kiddie pool. The only thing I would recommend is a deep clean of the carpet or a new carpet and new mattresses. They are too soft. We had a great time there!

    Size of the property was great. Location was great. The unit needs some updates and a thorough cleaning. The beds are very uncomfortable.

    This is our second time renting this townhome and we were once again pleased with everything from top to bottom. Everything is super clean and decorated comfortably. The first couple of days were rainy and cold (in the middle of June — craziness!!), but we got to settle in and relax, which never seems to happen since we want to see and do everything within a week. I missed the beach, but I felt right at home. It was lovely. There are plenty of games and TVs in pretty much every room, and plenty of books to curl up with or tote to the beach. The pool and tennis courts were fun. We didn’t use the gym, but it looked very nice and seemed to have everything one could hope for while on vacation. Our 6 year old didn’t remember being at the house because it had been 3 years since our last stay, and his reaction to the house was, “Mom!!! You gotta come see this place!! It is EPIC!!!” There you have it — EPIC!!!

    Master bedroom has a plastic mattress cover that could not be removed as the mattress was fully zipped inside - the sheets would not stay on the bed and any time you moved, you heard the plastic crinkle beneath you. The kitchen is very nice and well appointed with dishes, cookware, cups and utensils. The deck could be very nice - there is a wasp nest directly above the seating area of the deck which was reported and needs attention.

    This townhouse was the perfect location for our annual ladies trip. It was so close to everything we wanted to do; shopping, eating out, and going to the beach. It was also just a short walk to the community pool. The townhouse was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We are looking forward to coming back again next year!

    Nice townhouse in a good neighborhood. Big plus is you don’t have to get on Route 1 to get to downtown Rehoboth Beach main drag, the Boardwalk, or the beach. No Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass is provided. The pool is within walking distance and is clean and well maintained. No lifeguard is present. There was ample cooking pots, pans and utensils. You need to provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, hand soap, dish rags and kitchen towels, laundry detergent, etc. None is provided. Beach is about a 5-10 minutes drive away via back streets. Teenagers liked the layout. There are bicycles, beach chains, boogie boards and other beach stuff in the garage. There is also a large shower stall in the garage. There is a couple reasons we would not return to this townhouse. The master bedroom bed might be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. My wife thought it was fine. Also, we were not crazy about all the steps. I suppose this is no different than any townhome. I still wanted to mention it.

    Very roomy and well supplied. Loved quiet morning time on the deck. Well- supplied. Also enjoyed the pool and walking/riding trails.
