The kitchen has plenty cabinets, stove, refrigerator so you can fix a meal if you want. Two of our beds have queen mattresses and two twin beds & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds and bathroom essentials. Most things you will need in the kitchen (minus your food of course) Our place is 10 minutes from the airport, and next to a major highway and a main road, so be aware of the noise. We also provide ear plugs in case of noise sensitivity.
Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay as a group, or in private.

    I messaged the host about the laundry amenity in the listing; but there was no washer or dryer, a roach that came out from under the oven, and the WiFi and they never responded to any message the entire trip. As well as the noise in the house was incredibly bad. You could hear somebody using the restroom downstairs while you were upstairs with the bedroom door shut; as well as we didn’t get a single god nights sleep because the road noise from the highway was extremely loud. Most frustrating was the fact that we kept keeping automated messages from the host asking how they could make our stay better; but we couldn’t get in contact with them once during our stay.

    The check in process was extremely easy and straightforward, and Diana was very responsive and communicative to ensure there were no issues with the stay. Convenient drive to multiple restaurants and parks for exploring the area.

    Any frequent visitor of Charleston knows how incredibly expensive it can be to rent accommodation for short stays. Whilst at the same time Ubers/Lyft transport is extremely affordable in Charleston. So for a short 5 night business trip it made far more financial sense to stay here and get a taxi to downtown Charleston (despite the distance) than renting two hotel rooms. It’s hard to give the house an accurate grading of “location” since everyone’s needs are different. We stayed there purely because it was cheaper. So to that extent it served our purposes exactly and so we gave it 5 stars.The ONLY negative, the house is right next to a busy junction and 3-lane highway so it is noisy. Nothing that a pair of good earplugs can’t solve. for those knowing they need to be going into town every morning and wondering if it’s too far and inconvenient etc. well of course it’s not walkable! But on a week long stay you’re going to be saving at least 1000 to 1500 or more staying here over staying downtown!If you need to be getting into town it’s easy enough to get a taxi but important to note that it can either take 20 minutes…or an hour, just because there can be accidents en route! Again don’t let this put you off. The house is clearly professionally managed and was beautifully clean and tidy. I am frequent VRBO user and the most important thing for me is great communication from the host and Diana was in constant contact before during and after! Recommend!

    The place was well kept, clean, and served our needs well. The checking was smooth and easy. Everything was very professional., and you can tell the owner really has taken the time to anticipate the renters needs. My only knock on the stay is the location, as it is right next to a heavily trafficked highway with a lot of truck traffic, making it difficult to leave during busy hours

    This property was very clean and nice inside. Beautifully furnished, loved the linens and bedding, wonderful kitchen and calming living spaces. The noise from the traffic outside was extremely loud. Sleep was difficult even with earplugs. The neighborhood was nonexistent with virtually no charm or privacy or way to get away from the traffic. We had a twenty to thirty minute commute downtown and to the beaches.
