Spacious Townhome/Walking Distance to Lifts/Private Patio with Grill

Beautiful condo. We loved the high ceilings and all the windows. Our skiers walked to the lifts. It was probably a quarter mile walk or maybe a bit more. It’s close to a shuttle stop as well - maybe a 3 or 4 minute walk.We had a couple of small issues but the maintenance team addressed them very quickly. It doesn’t advertise a pack and play, high chair, or toddler eating utensils but there were some there.

For this price, over 1000 per day, I would expect that the place would be better taken care of and better amenities. The ceiling vent in the lower bedroom was hanging off, a floor vent in the dining room was loose and backing up the chair meant the chair/person falling, the mechanism for the living room window popped off, the lower floor has a step up/down that isn’t cleared marked (signs, etc.) so three different people fell, couldn’t find a garage door opener, there’s a sign in the house that says there is a pool and hot tub but we couldn’t find it, the first floor shower/tub was clogged, we found dirty socks under both beds in the first floor bedroom with the single beds, there was an air mattress in the master closet but the pump didn’t work, the kitchen sink faucet was loose, all the paper towels, toilet paper and tissues were 1-ply, we received 1 tiny bottle of dish washer fluid and the house echoes while the tv doesn’t have surround sound so it’s challenging to use the tv. Again, for this price, this was disappointing.

We were a large party of seven looking for a spacious accommodation with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This apartment ticked all the boxes. The bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. All rooms had humidifiers which was helpful. The living area was large and well lit. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials.The apartment is under a 5 minute drive to the Keystone ski resort which was very convenient. We had a couple of glitches with a clogged toilet and HVAC but both issues were resolved by the property management team.Highly recommended especially for large groups. Will re-book when we visit Keystone again.

Really great location and property. The living space has beautiful high ceilings tons of space for us to watch tv or play games and all eat at the dining table. Well stocked with things needed. Only complaint was it was freezing in the bottom room, then halfway through the night would be really hot. The upper bedroom with the twin beds was very hot as well. Not sure if it was maybe an issue with the nest. Other than that, great spot!

Perfect place to stay, walking distance to the mountain. Great value for the money. Thanks to Eric and the rest of the management team for being so accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

Great location for skiing in Keystone. Easy access to food, rentals, etc. Plenty of room for large family. Needs updating and beds are uncomfortable.

We took our five kids plus one and were really comfortable in the house. The place was spotless and our one call to the management office was quickly resolved. The view was also amazing. There are windows on all sides so you can see the gorgeous sunrise and the ski hills of Keystone. Only areas that could be addressed are relatively small - 1) not enough toilet paper (just spring for a few extra rolls), 2) the pantry area is locked for the owner but no easy place to store food other than counters, 3) walls are thin - so you hear everything. Not sure how to address the 3rd. I was just glad we had no screaming infants. Overall 100% recommend and would stay there again.
