Spacious Surprise Home With A Pool

We rented this large house to spend Thanksgiving with family, loved being able to bring our dogs. Everything was as listed, though it could have been a little cleaner and the pool heater did not work. The location was great, right by a small park to walk the dogs.

Bill was very communicative and helpful. We had a great stay!

Fantastic stay with our women’s college golf team from Minnesota. Bill is great to work with and the house has plenty or room for 10 if you’re ok with sharing beds. Pool area is great…we should have heated it despite mid 80’s daytime temperatures.

We really enjoyed our stay in Suprise, Az. The town is clean with a good pace. Lots of food options and some great entertainment and hikes available! We stayed for Spring Training and the house is right down the road from the facility. We were able to attend games and go early for practice. Couldn't recommend this any higher for any Ranger / Royals fans!!

This place was great for our visit for spring training baseball. Unfortunately, it was a little cool so we did not get to enjoy the backyard with the pool.I love the fact that there are simple things in the cupboard like spices, which makes it easier to cookI’m definitely staying here next year

Beautiful home with pool! Everything we could have needed was here - even better than the pictures and description. Stores and activities all nearby. Beautiful golf courses! The host, Bill, was very helpful and responsive! Loved our time here!

My family of six stayed at this nice home in Surprise, Arizona to attend Spring Training. The owner is very communicative and helpful. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean with a very nice location. The back patio with a pool and fire pit is very nice. The price was right as well--great value. We definitely recommend and can think of nothing negative at all.

Bill has a lovely home with lots of space. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot! Very easy to deal with and plan on coming back again!!

Even better than it looks! Spotless and immaculately cleaned. Very comfortable and elegantly furnished and decorated inside and out. Mattresses are comfortable and firm. Kitchen more than fully stocked. Lots of towels and extra bedding. Loved keurig but also had coffee pot. Pool heat was requested and totally comfortably warm. Pump shut off 1st evening but Bill was in total communication and had ppl over to look at it promptly that night and checked on again the next morning. He knew that a warm pool was an important part of our trip and was right on it. It was due to a storm, and leaves in pool plugging up the water filter as the reason and ‘‘twas resolved quickly. Bill checked on our arrival and comfort with respect and as a great landlord. Will be back ! ?
