This property checks all the boxes. It is clean, spacious, comfy, and has excellent amenities.

Our house stay was wonderful! It was stocked with coffee, spices, pool towels, sunscreen, shampoo etc! The beds were very comfortable and the owners responded to questions and texts promptly. We hope to stay there again!

The host was very welcoming, and the house was very well stocked. Our grandson enjoyed the heated pool. We would stay there again.

This place is AMAZING! The home was beautiful, super clean, spacious and had all the accessories available. It had every cooking item needed which was super helpful. The beds were super comfortable. The host was amazing and responded quickly to any correspondence I sent. The home is also in a super great location!!!I would highly recommend this home!! I travel to Surprise every year to see family and will definitely try to book this home again!

Perfect house in nice neighborhood. Spacious house that has all the essentials you need to stay. Comfy beds, essentials in the kitchen (coffee Keurig with plenty of pods etc), 3 nice size bedrooms. Host was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Rangers and Royals spring training facility and fields. Padres was only 10-15 minutes away. Great food options close by.

We’ve stayed at rental houses before. This house was fully stocked with paper goods, bath towels, beach towels, quality pots and pans etc They had a Weber grill which came in handy. I’d absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home, the house is very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet community. The location was ideal within a couple miles of several restaurants and shopping. The host, Lori was extremely responsive and accommodating. We went to the hurricane waterpark which was fun but most days we spent enjoying the heated pool. The house is fully stocked with everything from beach towels, pool toys, bikes, cooking utensils, spices for cooking, bbq, and more. We had a wonderful time, hope to be back soon. water park one day

This beautiful home was perfect. It was close to the baseball stadium and easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent. We loved the opportunity to leave the ice and snow behind in Portland.Thank you

The home was very clean and Lori was responsive when we had questions. Our only feedback would be to improve the water pressure in the showers. Location worked well, great golf courses near by.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I've had questionable luck with VRBO's. This, by far. Is one of the best I've stayed at. The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. The city of Surprise was so clean. There are so many things to do near by. Went hiking at White Tank mountains. Went to the Sutprise park which has a large water feature. I would stay here again!!!!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything needed to cook meals and entertain. Owner was available to answer all questions very quickly. Neighborhood was central to lots of stores, and walking distance to a major grocery store. I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the AZ weather. The pool was a great plus- especially in the afternoon!

Great home to say in on our vacation. The owners are a pleasure to communicate with. The home was wonderfully clean. The pool was clean, had plenty of pool floats and LOTS of pool towels. The neighborhood was pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this vacation home to my family and friends.
