Spacious Surprise Home: 6 Mi to Wildlife World Zoo

This property checks all the boxes. It is clean, spacious, comfy, and has excellent amenities.

Our visit to this beautiful Surprise home was perfect. The home is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Anything and everything we needed was furnished. The pool and patio area was just perfect and very relaxing. There were no negatives at this property. We will definitely be back in Surprise and stay in this wonderful, spacious, and comfortable home.

First of all, the host was very friendly, helpful, and available (if We needed anything, which we didn’t!). The house was very clean. The kitchen had every thing you would ever need, and the pool was lovely. The entire home was tastefully and beautifully decorated. It was truly like being at home. Hopefully, when we return to Arizona, this home will be available.

Great Property.

The house was very clean and very well stocked (kitchen, bath & pool items). It is well located to stores. My mom has a walker and was able to get around fine. She stated she would have liked a little more light ar the entryway and a grab bar in the master bath. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect for our stay. We wanted a place nearby the Surprise Tennis Center for a tournament, and this ended up being a wonderful option that we will keep in mind for future trips.

Reality exceeded the images. The property is lovely and the amenities were a bonus. Large oversized pool towels, sunscreen, bicycles and other small surprise amenities along the way. Super-Clean home that is well supplied. Grateful to the owner/operator for all of this, along with exceptional communication.

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Property was exactly what we hoped it would be based on images. Property was clean and our stay was enhanced with amenties such as the pool towels, ziplock bags and lack of personal clutter that other vrbo's have that make you feel your staying at your distant cousins home and obviously you don't know them very well...haha. Seriously, thank you-- we are grateful to you for your property.

We had a wonderful family vacation and this home has everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out, the pool is clean and beautiful, and the linens were absolutely the softest ever.My only complaint would be that there is a lot of noise from the main road and it’s not quite as peaceful when you’re sitting out on the patio as I would have hoped. Also the lights for the pool do not work and we could not really do any evening or night swimming.

Check in was smooth, except I couldn't get the key code to work. After a phone call the situation was fixed. Lock needed new batteries .

Our house stay was wonderful! It was stocked with coffee, spices, pool towels, sunscreen, shampoo etc! The beds were very comfortable and the owners responded to questions and texts promptly. We hope to stay there again!

The host was very welcoming, and the house was very well stocked. Our grandson enjoyed the heated pool. We would stay there again.

This place is AMAZING! The home was beautiful, super clean, spacious and had all the accessories available. It had every cooking item needed which was super helpful. The beds were super comfortable. The host was amazing and responded quickly to any correspondence I sent. The home is also in a super great location!!!I would highly recommend this home!! I travel to Surprise every year to see family and will definitely try to book this home again!

Perfect house in nice neighborhood. Spacious house that has all the essentials you need to stay. Comfy beds, essentials in the kitchen (coffee Keurig with plenty of pods etc), 3 nice size bedrooms. Host was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Rangers and Royals spring training facility and fields. Padres was only 10-15 minutes away. Great food options close by.

We’ve stayed at rental houses before. This house was fully stocked with paper goods, bath towels, beach towels, quality pots and pans etc They had a Weber grill which came in handy. I’d absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home, the house is very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet community. The location was ideal within a couple miles of several restaurants and shopping. The host, Lori was extremely responsive and accommodating. We went to the hurricane waterpark which was fun but most days we spent enjoying the heated pool. The house is fully stocked with everything from beach towels, pool toys, bikes, cooking utensils, spices for cooking, bbq, and more. We had a wonderful time, hope to be back soon. water park one day

This beautiful home was perfect. It was close to the baseball stadium and easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent. We loved the opportunity to leave the ice and snow behind in Portland.Thank you

The home was very clean and Lori was responsive when we had questions. Our only feedback would be to improve the water pressure in the showers. Location worked well, great golf courses near by.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I've had questionable luck with VRBO's. This, by far. Is one of the best I've stayed at. The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. The city of Surprise was so clean. There are so many things to do near by. Went hiking at White Tank mountains. Went to the Sutprise park which has a large water feature. I would stay here again!!!!

We had the best time with my children and visiting my mom. What a great place and location! Merry Christmas!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything needed to cook meals and entertain. Owner was available to answer all questions very quickly. Neighborhood was central to lots of stores, and walking distance to a major grocery store. I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the AZ weather. The pool was a great plus- especially in the afternoon!
