Spacious suite with fenced back yard, deck, gas grill, fireplaces and splash pad

We had an amazing stay. Mark and Regina were great. From the easy communication just days prior to our arrival, to the customized welcome gift Mark created upon our arrival. It was a fantastic stay. The accomadations are perfect for a couple or small family. All the amenities you need including a full kitchen. Close to downtown and many shopping and food options. By writting this we may be giving up a hidden jewel, but we hope others can enjoy when in Athens. We hope to be welcomed back.

Mark and Regina were so kind and made our trip a great experience. They were helpful with recommendations and their place is super comfortable. It was easy to feel at home there and settle in even just for a few days. They are also easy to reach with questions/travel updates as we planned the trip and always responsive and kind. If we are ever back in Athens we will definitely try to stay here again! And a final note- it was too chilly most days for us, but the neighborhood is convenient but also quiet and walkable. Great overall location and experience.

We thought the unit was clean, comfortable, and the location to downtown Athens was great. The hosts met us upon mive in and and showed us the unit and were very friendly.

The hosts Regina and Mark went over and above to make sure my stay was amazing! The property was well kept and I felt safe traveling as a solo female. They went out of their way to ensure the unit is well stocked with everything you think you need and more!

We stayed here for a weekend to go to a Georgia game. The hosts came down to meet us as soon as we arrived and offered their help for anything we needed. Very convenient location to get to the Sanford stadium, as well as several food options. Safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay again for our next GA game. ?
