The home is built for gathering. The main living room has soaring ceilings, oversized windows, mountain views, comfortable seating, and a stone fireplace that anchors the room. It flows into the kitchen and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to stay connected whether you are cooking, relaxing, or planning the day.

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with a large island, high-end appliances, and counter-height seating that provides plenty of room for group meals. There are multiple dining spaces, including a formal dining area and a smaller breakfast nook with big windows and views.

Downstairs, guests can enjoy a second living area, game room, pool table, wet bar, and theater room: perfect for kids, teens, or adults who want a separate hangout space.

The bedrooms are spread throughout the home, giving groups room to settle in comfortably. The home includes multiple private bedrooms, a bunk room, and several bathrooms, including a beautiful primary bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Outside, the decks, mountain views, and private hot tub make the home feel like a true Colorado retreat.

Set along the Raven Golf Club, this spacious Silverthorne mountain lodge is designed for families and groups, with mountain views, a private hot tub, home theater, pool and ping-pong tables, a hidden children’s playroom, chef’s kitchen, four gas fireplaces, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Guests also have convenient access to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, hiking, golf, and year-round Summit County activities.

Guests have access to the home’s main living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, decks, hot tub, game room, theater room, laundry area, and mudroom/ski storage areas.

NOTE:

This is a large mountain home with multiple levels, stairs, decks and outdoor areas.

Please supervise children around stairs, decks, fireplaces and the hot tub. Winter weather can change quickly in Summit County, so guests should check road conditions and arrive with a vehicle appropriate for mountain driving.
