This large single-family home is in the best neighborhood in San Francisco -- one of the TOP 40 NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE WORLD AS RATED BY Time Out in 2023! Don't take our word for it, here's what the experts say about our amazing neighborhood:

---
The Richmond District, spanning 50 blocks in the northwest section of the city, is a microcosm of what makes San Francisco so special: natural beauty, rich culture, and incredible cuisine from every corner of the world. Bordered by Ocean Beach and rugged coastline, plus Presidio and Golden Gate Park (packed with world-class attractions and museums), stunning scenery and cultural experiences abound here. The area is made up of two sub-neighbourhoods: Inner Richmond on the eastern edge, packed with bakeries, shops, bars and restaurants (including some of the best dim sum in the city), and Outer Richmond, closer to the beach and more residential (though Geary Boulevard and Balboa Street are both vibrant corridors). Booming with new openings, the Richmond District is one of the most exciting places to eat and play in San Francisco right now. ... The perfect day Join the line of customers waiting to devour flaky croissants at Arsicault Bakery, or head to James Beard Award-nominated Breadbelly for its bright green kaya toast and creative Asian coffee drinks. Afterward, stroll along Clement Street, stopping into local favorite shops like Green Apple Books. Dim sum calls for lunch – the top spot is Dragon Beaux. Walk off the calories in Golden Gate Park before dinner at the newly opened neighbourhood hotspot Pearl 6101. End the night with a movie at the historic Balboa Theatre before crashing at your Airbnb steps from Ocean Beach. ... Plan your trip Time a visit with one of the annual music festivals in next-door Golden Gate Park: Outside Lands takes place in August and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass arrives in September.
---

This 3 story house is great for a family visiting or gathering. The main floor has a living room, dining room, and kitchen with seating. The second floor has a second family room, master bedroom, large bedroom, and third small bedroom which can also be a dedicated working space. The backyard has a nice soft turf lawn and the front yard has beautiful plants. The owner lives in the home, downstairs, and can help with your visit.

The location is amazing. The Richmond District is a hidden gem in San Francisco. The Richmond District is safe and clean compared to all the parts of San Francisco you've been hearing about on the news. It is a neighborhood full of families, schools, and small local businesses, with easy access to parks and nature. There are many dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. Both Baker Beach and China Beach - two beautiful beaches with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marin Headlands - are 10 minutes by foot. Golden Gate Park (amazing & larger than Central Park in NYC!) is 3 blocks away and multiple playgrounds are within just a few blocks. The neighborhood is full of families and kids. The neighborhood feels residential and slow compared to many of the other parts of San Francisco. Even so, everything you need is available within a few blocks: grocery stores, bodegas, many (many!) restaurants, hardware store, etc. are all on Geary Blvd which is 1 block away. Public transit options are excellent, with multiple major bus routes 1 block (#38 bus and #29 bus) or 3 blocks away (#1 bus and #31 bus), giving easy access to the rest of the beautiful City of San Francisco.

There is a bike-share station 2 blocks away with plentiful e-bikes and regular bikes. Public transit options are excellent, with multiple major bus routes 1 block (#38 bus and #29 bus) or 3 blocks away (#1 bus and #31 bus), giving easy access to the rest of the beautiful City of San Francisco. If you're driving out of the City, it's very easy to get to the Golden Gate Bridge from our home, which provides access to the entire northbay. Similarly, we are a straight shot from 19th Avenue, which takes you to the 280S, providing access to the entire San Francisco Peninsula.

The home has three proper bedrooms and two big living rooms. The bedrooms have: 1 King bed; 1 Queen bed; 1 Queen bed. The living rooms may be used as a fourth bedroom for groups that require more than those three beds. In addition to the 3 beds in the 3 bedrooms there are: (a) a foldout sofa bed in one living room and (b) three fold-out single mattresses and (c) two regular (not sleeper/fold-out) couches. The sofa bed, fold-out mattresses, and regular couches are available for use by larger family groups requiring such accommodation.

In addition, for families with small children, we have a pack-n-play crib and a bassinet, both of which can be set up in advance, upon request.

The house is actually even nicer than the pictures indicate. Three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms upstairs and an additional full bathroom is downstairs. It was really helpful to have a large washer and dryer in the garage. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. You should know that even though you see a garage in the pictures, it is not available for parking. Parking can be a real challenge in the neighborhood (once had to park half mile away). But even with that, would love to come back!

Cleanliness of the property was really questionable. The furniture is pretty old and would welcome a major change, the beds so, so fine. Overall, the property looks much better on the photographs than it is actually. House has nice volumes though and the neighborhood is very calm. Communication with property manager was primarily by automated message, nicely done though.

Excellent location to access Golden Gate Park, Baker's Beach, and the Presidio. Lovely home with enough room for our extended family group of 10, which included three couple and four singles. Lots of excellent dining nearby, as well as grocery markets/corner stores. The hosts, Zach and Gabriella, were gracious and helpful. Another, special highlight were the decks - a large one and a café style one. The walk-in showers were large and there was enough hot water for all of us. Thank you for making our trip easy and comfortable. I should also add the Geary 38 line is super convenient to downtown.

In short, loved loved loved the place and was perfect for my situation. I was staying with 5 other family members but the place couldve easily accomodated over 10 with all the sofa beds! The hosts were very warm and accomodating compared to others who would flat out deny any request and be inflexible in accomodating myself and my party. In short it was great cause I was able to have a big family dinner with about 12 people at the place and the place was great in making it feel like a warm and cozy dinner and place to spend time with loved ones. The location is also great, just a short jog/walk to Golden Gate Bridge, Baker Beach etc. and the neighbourhood felt safe compared to other spots in SF. Would definitely return if I'm with a large group in San Fran! Thanks!

The place was great and the neighborhood was awesome. Lots of fun restaurants and the Golden Gate Park is right there and a fun explore. One note, the really isn't any parking, so dont plan on it. We thought we had found a good spot based on how everyone else was parked but was towed with no notice or note ore anything. 700 bucks and half a day wasted. Everything else was great.

Spent several days with our adult niece and had some friends over for dinner a couple of times. The space is open and easy to use inside and outside. Deck on the back that weather allowed us to use for a bit.Bedrooms are a good size, as well as baths.Zach and Gabriela were helpful and interactive with us as we had questions and lovely to deal with.

We had family of 6 stay here and it was everything we needed. There’s 3 bedrooms and several pullout couches. The owners are super responsive and friendly. The place is only a 4 minute walk to a grocery store if you want to cook meals. If you want to eat out there’s several places to walk to as well. We walked to Golden Gate Park and De Young Museum. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We would stay here again.

It was a perfect rental for our family of 7. A bit tight on sleeping, but had no problem since younger adults didn’t mind sleeping on the couch. We loved the location especially. The owners were so accommodating and quick to fix small hiccups. Highly recommend this stay!

The owners were very responsive and very nice. The place was very clean. It was very easy to gain access to the property. I would say that the 3rd bedroom is more suited for children rather than for adults. The house itself looks like it was recently updated throughout. The kitchen and the two bathrooms were well done. There is a very nice deck off the kitchen/dining room area. There is a little one upstairs. The place is very airy and there is good light throughout.
