    We were needing to get away and spend some family time together to regroup after a very difficult time in the family.Everything about the house made this possible.

    This house is perfect for large families/group. We had 8 adults and 6 children. The location is tucked off 30A, so very quiet and no traffic. But you are still so close to all the activities 30A offers. The golf cart was a life saver for ice cream runs and hauling our toys, colors, buckets to the beach. The house had a large bunk room with its own bath that the kids loved. Beds were comfortably with lovely bedding. The kitchen was furnished nicely with plenty of utensils, cookware, coffee pot, beverage cooler and large ice machine which made meal prep feel less like chore. The star of the property was the back yard, the pool was the perfect size, built in grill with room to grill out. Covered area to enjoy tv outside while the kids swim. The 360 management team was quick to respond and both kind and very helpful, leaving welcome gift and start up supplies and toiletries in kitchen and each bathroom. We stay ever year on 30A and this house was a 10/10 and will be at the top of our list!

    Overall, the home was beautiful and very new and modern. It’s sort of tucked away in a bit of a weird neighborhood with several trailers near which sort of takes away from the feel as you’re driving up. It didn’t truly impact our stay but would have been nice to know going in. We did encounter algae in the pool which was treated the next morning but we ended up not being able to use the pool for about 24 hours, which kind of sucks since we paid to have the pool heated as it was cooler weather. We also were told there were no beach chairs available to use so we paid to rent chairs and found there to be 6-8 chairs we could have used so that was frustrating. The home itself was beautiful and had everything we needed with lots of space and the alarm on the back door for the pool was a nice feature I hadn’t encountered when staying in a rental with our small children. The golf cart was so nice to have but it was harder to steer than other golf carts we’ve utilized so I’m not sure if that was a quick fix or just the way that brand of golf carts are. Overall, love the home and sad to be leaving.
