Spacious Rustic House

This property was spacious for our three Grandkids. Fire pit, BBQ grill, awesome deck with night lights hanging. All three bathrooms were great especially the one in the basement, had a towel warmerm and heated floors.Pool table, darts and a closet full of card games and more. The kitchen was amazing with everything you needed which was outstanding. Washer dryer and all the laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Kitchen had a whole cabinet full of spices. If we come back next year we are booking this property again.

A very comfortable home with nice amenities. The teens especially enjoyed the pool table, big TV, and darts, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the house. The downstairs shower was surprisingly luxurious—even nicer than the master! The view was lovely, and the outdoor seating and dining area made for a relaxing spot to unwind.

Family, 7 adults, 2 infants, enjoyed a wonderful Independence Day weekend in Spokane for a wedding. House was beautiful with a great yard, patio, and fire pit sitting area. A pool table provided great evening family challenge entertainment. Close to all the area yet felt private.

Our son was getting married at arbor crest winery. This location was perfect. Close to the venue. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around, and friendly neighbors. Host was very responsive. Wish we could stay longer

This home has beautiful decor and the landscaping is so pretty. We had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were well appointed. So many fun activities to keep the family entertained. It was a perfect location for our daughter’s wedding at Beacon Hill. Great value and comfortable!

We visited Spokane for Whitworth graduation weekend. The home was perfectly clean and worked out great for our family!

This house was beautiful and exactly what we needed. We were in town for a basketball tournament, and found it was pretty central to the different locations where we played. As a family of five (including three teenagers) having the space to spread out, as well as enough bathrooms is a must! Downstairs was the perfect area for our girls to hang out. The house was cozy and kept incredibly clean. Thank you Katrina for being a great host. We will definitely be back!

This property is exactly as advertised and was ideal for my family. Everyone in our party had their own room with a wonderful basement for the younger ones to hang out, play pool and watch movies. Located at the top of a hill in a very quiet neighborhood with wonderful views.Would highly recommend & would stay there again..

The house was perfect for our family from a one year old to grandma! The house was an extension of our own and allowed us to prepare meals and was close to the wedding venue at Arborcrest! We would recommend the house to others and will rent again!

This host is a fabulous communicator! The house was perfect for our group of 10! Kitchen well supplied; we chose to do all meals in. My family had an absolute blast! The location is beautiful and the experience was very positive. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
