Spacious Rochester Home w/ Heated Pool & Hot Tub!

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated a family Christmas. Multiple refrigerators were perfect to help feed the big crew. The living room is spacious and fit everyone. The hot tub looked good but we ran out of time. The driveway made it easy to pull in and out with our multiple cars. No juggling cars! We hoping to rent this house for our next family get together.

We stayed in this beautiful home for one of our son’s wedding. There was a lot of room. We were busy with wedding activities so did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but they both looked great. The house was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and our host was very responsive. Everything was perfect. We will be back if we have a group again.

The set up was lovely. Especially for a family reunion. One thing I didn't realize from the listing is that there was only one bedroom that had its own bathroom. All the others were shared. Just in case that matters to someone. I gave this an overall excellent rating which I think of as an A. But I wish there had been an A- choice. There were just a few things that would have made it in A such as clean windows overlooking the pool and fixing a few maintenance issues such as door handles that were loose and a few other spots where things were a tiny bit less than perfect and on the way to worn. I'm mostly pointing this out because I think they would be easy to fix for the property manager. And probably should be for the cost of the property. But overall we would definitely stay there again.

We were in town from Buffalo for our son’s wedding.The space was perfect for our immediate family and a great space for the groomsmen to get ready.Pool was a perk because it was a hot weekend.Would recommend staying here.Plenty of space

We used Verbo for the first time to attend a large family reunion in Rush. This location was perfect for our kids and grandkids. We enjoyed the heated pool and the table space to play games and catch up with each other. The neighborhood was beautiful. Ankit was excellent and very responsive to our concerns.

House is very large, clean and met our needs just fine. Could use some paint touch ups and extra touches to make it “excellent”. A few random minor issues: shower door kept sliding open, one bedroom missing a closet door, would have loved a full length mirror in second bedroom. Two of the bathrooms we used could use an update to match the o the er areas that have been updated. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend it.

The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our host responded immediately to any questions we had. We came out to Rochester for a family wedding and it allowed several families to stay together without feeling crowded. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

Great property for large groups, clean very comfy beds!

My family all stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. The house was perfect for all of us. It was spacious so we didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. The location was close to her wedding venue which was definitely a plus. All the comforts of home were there. Speaking of comfort, everyone commented how great the beds were and how well we all slept.

Everything as we had hoped. Plenty of room, beautiful, clean home!

We had a curling tournament at the Rochester Curling Club and this house was great for our stay. We were 15 min from the club and the house was large enough to sleep our our teams comfortably. The management team was super responsive & supportive pre and during trip. I would recommend this house for future use within our curling club and others. It can sleep comfortably 12 people there were nice nooks to tuck away an airmattress and even good areas to socialize in the evenings without disturbing people who wanted to sleep earlier.

Rented this for my daughter’s wedding party. They were very happy with the place. It was spacious and very clean. Large circular driveway. Location was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Ankit the owner, was very responsive to a few questions we have. I would highly recommend for a large group stay.

Beautiful property , a group of 9 of stayed for an annual girl Christmas shopping weekend, property was awesome. Clean , spacious, close to everything. Host was great at communication. Will stay again next December! We all loved how roomy the house was !

House is great, plenty of space. We had 7 guys stay there for a reunion trip and everyone had their own room, and we could have fit one more easily. We stayed in late September and unfortunately the pool was closed so we did not get to enjoy, but the hot tub was still open and was great. Only downside to the house is the kitchen. It only fits 5ish people at a time and the cooking utensils and equipment could have been better (old knives that did not really cut, old pans). Otherwise everything was superb.

Out stay was nothing more then amazing!! The house was absolutely beautiful, communication was great with the house owners, I couldn’t say enough amazing things about this place! The pictures of the house do not do it justice! The location was great was close to everything less than a 30 min drive everywhere we went! Highly recommended

Beautiful home!!! A family summer vacation, ended up with 13 family members: 9 adults, 4 children. Grandkids & adults loved the large heated outdoor pool! Gas grill poolside. The teenagers and adults also enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Twelve year old grandson loved the basketball court in the driveway. Plenty of board games & a deck of cards for family game nights. Two kitchens were a plus! We used the upstairs kitchen & the downstairs fridge to store extra food. Lovely dinning room & kitchen table overlooking pool area. Plenty of pots & pans, dishes, coffee mugs, glasses, casserole dishes, bowls, & silverware. Had a 12 cup coffee pot & Keurig with plenty of coffee K-cups. We brought coffee filters & our coffee pot. Bring your own crockpot or blender if you need one. House was very clean and everything worked! All mattresses comfortable as well. Plenty of bath towels, washcloths, & pool towels. Laundry room very spacious and nice. Had a lot of hand soaps for the sinks, starter dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets. Plenty of toilet paper & paper towels. Some of the others in our group brought an extra 6 pack of TP & paper towels. We stayed a full week. Hair dryers in some of the bathrooms. Iron board & iron. Wegman's & Trader Joe's close by. Took the grandchildren to the Strong Museum of play, the Rochester Science Center & Planetarium. Would definitely recommend for a large group. Good communication with house manager. Overall a very nice vacation spot. Kathleen

This property suited our multigenerational family of 9 perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It’s located close to area expressways, shopping and entertainment. The property manager was accommodating and responsive. If the needs arises, I would rent this property again.

We were a large group in town for my sons graduation and the house was perfect for us.
