**Outdoor BBQ (Seasonal: May-Oct):**
Indulge in outdoor dining and cozy evenings by the firepit with our BBQ setup on the spacious patio. Outdoor burner and lobster pot available upon request. Absolutely NO cooking seafood or food with strong aromas in the home, as there is no ventilation to remove the odour for the next guests. Extra cleaning fees will apply. It will be the guest’s responsibility to ensure the BBQ is cleaned after each use.

No parties or events on the Tenmile House property, this will result in extra charges or an early termination of your stay. Additionally, kindly leave the beds unstripped to ensure all linens are stain-free.

**Check-In/Check-Out:**
Check-in and check-out times are set for your convenience: Check-in at 4:00 PM, Check-out at 11:00 AM, with keyless entry providing hassle-free access.

**Checking Out:**
Before departure, please tidy up and return borrowed items to their original condition. If you're leaving early, let us know so we can get the cleaning crew in early to accommodate the next guests and offer them an earlier check-in time.

    Beautiful house with lots of fun things for kids to do. Has everything you need to cook your own meals and relax after a busy day. The house was immaculately cleaned when we arrived. Sandra is amazing to communicate with and eager to help with anything you may need during your stay. Highly recommend for your family stay in PEI!

    This place was so comfortable, clean and friendly. Upon checkin we were greeted and advised of everything we needed to know. Host was super with recommendations in the area. Location was perfect for many activities. Outside of hustle and bustle but close enough to get to all activities and sights in the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ten Mile House!

    Our family stayed at the TenMile House while on the Island for a soccer tournament. The house was clean, beautiful, quaint, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and more! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality Sandra!

    First of all we loved the centrality of this location! Everything was within an hour or less, so we were able to get a lot accomplished in our 4 day stay… Charolettetown (historic walking tour, souvenir shopping, and walking along the bay), Anne of green Gables Heritage Center, Cavendish Beach, Basin Head Bay (singing sand) and Greenwhich National Park. The home was roomy and cozy all in one, and very clean! It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting out by a cozy fire several evenings. Sandra was a fantastic host… very welcoming, gave a great diner suggestion at our request (Fin Folk Food… awesome fish tacos!), and was very accommodating. We would highly recommend this house!

    We stayed at Sandra's place as part of a golf holiday. Eight 50+ year old men stayed comfortably for 4 nights. We were greeted upon arrival and any (not many) requests during our stay were addressed immediately. Sandra went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We made good use of the fire pit. I would highly recommend.
