Beautiful home, good location clean and comfortable

Great house, clean, as depicted in the pictures and perfect for our weekend getaway. Kitchen had all the necessary plates, cups, utensils, etc.. Beds were great, super quiet neighbor hood. Overall a great stay with no issues. Would definitely like to return in the summer & heat to take full advantage of the private pool.

What a great home. The wife and I and our two dogs had a wonderful time. Great location. There are some things that need to be addressed. 1) Pool Heater does not work properly. Doesn't get hot enough because the sun does not reach 1/2 of the swimming pool. 2) Toilets / Seats are too small. They are for little people. 3) Knives are very dull and need sharpening. No bread knife. 4) Master bathroom. Shower nozzle is loose, leaks where zip tie is. Not enough water pressure Other than that, nothing else. Nice home and location. Thanks

We really enjoyed the pool. There are some small things that should be addressed like batteries in the pool remote, etc. We had two issues that are easily addressed. There were ants that were pretty prevalent near the kitchen window (a spray was on premise that helped). We also had an oven that smoked due to what was probably pizza drippings from a previous guest. Communication on these issues was excellent.

Kitchen is a bit small for a family stay, BBQ was brand new, pool was clean and spa was great for family gathering. Patio furniture was great as well.

Everything was perfect. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were so comfortable and felt at home. We would definitely stay here again

Master bedroom is too bright. Needs blackout curtain.The garage door was malfunctioning. It wouldn’t close.Front bedroom window rattling when windy.

We’d enjoyed our stay so very much! Our goal was to rest and relax and that was just how our stay was. The spa and the pool were divine! The view of the mountains was an extra bonus! We couldn’t have wished for a better location! We hope to return soon! Thank you!

Everything was great. (The coffee maker didn't seem to be working on the pot setting vs. individual cups) but it was all excellent. Thank you.

We love this area and were return renters. The landscaping is very well maintained but we were disappointed, however, that some of the cleaning and maintenance issues we raised after our first visit were not addressed before we returned a year later. We have found a different rental for next year.

Nice house, great backyard. Enjoyed our 2 week stay. Super location to many attractions and restaurants. Most fun was going to Joshua Tree and after eating at Kitchen in the Desert. Best restaurants in the local area were Vicky's, La Brasserie, Lavender and Cork Tree. Recommend that the instruction overview be updated to include more specific information. Trial and error isn't the way to go.

Beautiful home, nicely appointed, and oh so comfortable. Close to everything. Watching the mountains during sunrise every morning was a treat. We highly recommend this place. Thank you!

We loved this spacious, comfortable, clean property with high ceilings. The neighborhood is safe with good sidewalks. The spa and fire pit were wonderful for December evenings with great sunsets. The house has everything you need!

My wife and I stayed at this house for 2 weeks during the IRONMAN , was perfect... location was perfect... will definitely be on the top of the list for our next visit.

Our family of 4 stayed here end of July for 7 nights. We drove down from BC Canada and I wanted to give some details that hopefully will be helpful to other guests as I had a number of questions about the property and area, keeping in mind we were here middle of summer during an excessive heat warning When we arrived the road that Google maps says to take was closed. By the time we left it did look like Google maps had updated to show the closed road so hopefully other travellers won't have this issue. The pictures for the property really don't do it justice, it's much more open and spacious than it appears, we were all very happy and smiling entering the home the first time The living room couch is incredibly comfortable and much larger than it looks in pictures, the large TV was also very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were great, the master bedroom is huge. One slightly awkward aspect is the master bathroom/shower/sink area doesn't have a door, it's open to the main bedroom, the toilet itself does have a door however, but if you're showering and have kids you'll need to lock the bedroom door. The pool is nice and large, and due to the heat was very warm but still usable. Being outside during the day in 42-47 degree heat was only tolerable in short bursts, the umbrellas were great The BBQ looked brand new and worked great, I had to take a star off due to a minor ant/insect issue in the kitchen but it really wasn't a bother Overall a fantastic experience!

We had a couple issues that came up, garage door wouldn't close, ants in the kitchen and without water for a couple hours. When we reached out, we got quick responses and they were able to resolve the issue quickly. The water issue was due to the construction down the street so that was out of the managements control. They did offer another property to go to take showers but the water was back before we got to that. Would have been nice to have the sliding patio door working in the master bedroom. This is probably petty but there was only one chip clip and with the ants, would have been nice to have more but maybe people take them??? We just didn't have a great way to seal bags up. We loved the space we had, the home was furnished very nicely. We would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

We loved staying at this home. We were in town for a dance competition at a local hotel and this home was the perfect escape away from the chaos of the hotel. The neighborhood was so quiet, the home was so comfortable, and the pool was perfect to cool down in on the crazy hot days.

The property was great and we will be back for sure. A couple of things need a bit of attention. The umbrellas are broken pool floats are flat. The screen doors don’t work very well. And if you don’t have apps for tv well there will be no tv in. Master bedroom. Other then that it is a perfect place and perfect location and the pool is awesome!
