Stayed May 8, 2025Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is spacious and kept up well. Privacy on the first floor is limited but great for the young! Communication with the property manager was excellent and timely before we got there. However, the directions to get to and into the property were not totally accurate and not easily followed in the dark when we arrived. So, when we had food delivered, my husband met the delivery person on the street to guide her to the front door. We did get in after 30 minutes of floundering, searching and literally walking the neighborhood. In addition, the way to adjust the water for showers or bathtubs is complicated. I called for assistance because we could only use one shower and bathe. The other shower would only adjust to tepid or scalding hot water. I spoke to a very nice and respectful gentleman who said he would call back but never did. We did survive and as I said had an excellent family weekend in Austin. We would revisit this property for a large family get together withe youngsters.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Overall this was a good stay. The group of 10 each had their own beds and didn’t have issues with seating. The showers were okay although a few bugs were found in the master bathroom. The WiFi was on and off almost the whole weekend and when a message was sent there wasn’t a response till after we checked out. The kitchen was spacious, but the dishwasher door was broken and would fall open. It even fell on one of the guests foot. The backyard was open and had nice privacy, but the fire pit was rusted and didn’t work well. If you are not super picky this is a great place to stay and has pretty easy access to a few amenities of Austin.

Stayed Jan 30, 2025Great place, we had 12 people for a 30th birthday party and had no issues finding space to hangout and sleep. The outdoor area is great too for playing games or just parking all of our cars there. Would definitely recommend and with very reasonable rates to boot!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This was an awesome house for our stay. We brought a group of middle school boys to football camp. Lots of beds. Two showers downstairs made cleaning up easy. Quick drive to campus. Lots of entertainment with ping pong and cornhole. You enter through the alley but easy once you get the hang of the gate entrance. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Stayed Oct 21, 2023Plenty of beds for our group of adult cousins and uncles that went to Austin for a wedding. We had so much fun in this house. The upstairs bedroom (up the winding staircase) has so much personality and was a perfect little nook for 3 twin beds. We giggled every time we went up the stairs because we felt like kids again. The bottom room with all of the beds was super neat. It was like being in a little bunkhouse. The king size mattresses were a great touch and we all slept like babies. Great communication by the host. Excellent and clear directions for how to get in and out. We all decided if we come to Houston again, we know where we will stay!
