Enjoy your very own resort-style retreat complete with a sparkling pool, spa, and waterfall. An optional umbrella provides shade over a seated space in the pool. Furnished with ample outdoor seating, a hammock, gas BBQ grill, and outdoor dining space make this backyard perfect for entertaining or relaxing under the stars. A pool safety gate can be installed upon request to ensure added peace of mind.

Please note the following Pool and Spa policy:
Pool & Spa Use
• Pool and spa equipment is remotely controlled and monitored during your stay.
• Please contact the host to turn the equipment on or off - guests should not attempt to operate it themselves.
• Unauthorized use may result in additional charges or security deposit forfeiture.
• During warmer months, small creatures may sometimes be found in the pool due to the open air. Please use the skimmer to remove them.

Pool Heating
• The pool can be heated upon request once every three days. Additional pool heating is available for $100 per time, if requested.
• Winter Use: Heating the pool takes at least 6 hours in cooler months. Advance notice is required to ensure it’s ready in time.
• Summer Use: In warmer months, the pool is typically kept at a comfortable temperature by out solar panel system. You are welcome to enjoy it freely without special scheduling.

♨ Spa Heating
The spa can be heated once daily for up to 3 hours. Please reach out to the host in advance to schedule heating times.
⚠ Supervision Required
• Please keep the fence closed at all times during your stay. Your family’s safety is our top priority, and keeping the fence closed helps ensure everyone’s peace of mind.
• Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or spa. For safety and insurance reasons, no exceptions are permitted.
While we do our best to ensure all systems are working properly, we cannot offer refunds for occasional pool or spa heating malfunctions. However, we will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly.
