Stayed Jun 4, 2025Our three sons and their families stayed here for a week. It was spacious, well-equipped, and half a mile from our house. The neighborhood pool was great! Domingo answered our questions promptly. Perfect place! They will stay there again next year. Thank you so much!

Stayed Jun 24, 2022We stayed with our group of 9 and felt like we had plenty of space. Home was clean and felt cozy. Nice neighborhood. A little out of the way, but we didn’t mind. The only things missing were washcloths for the shower and perhaps some additional trash bags. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Stayed Oct 9, 2020We rented for a wedding weekend at 1850 Settlement. It was only 7 minutes away and was super convenient. It was perfect for our family and had plenty of space. The owner was super informative and helpful leading up the to stay. I recommend this property!
