Spacious Ranch Style House W/ Hot Tub, Fireplace, and Game Room

We had a wonderful time on our most recent visit. This is the third time we have stayed at the house and it’s always wonderful to arrive to a well stocked, holiday ready home. The house is so close to anything you might need and the owners go out of their way to let you know all that is available nearby. Definite five stars!!

Suzanne was a great host promptly answering questions before, during and after our trip. She was very accommodating!The house was great! We used the game room and hot tub a lot, the living room for watching football and the kitchen for preparing a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could imagine for preparing a big meal. A few of our crew took a nice bike ride on the nearby trail. Our stay was made even more special with the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Our dogs had a great time exploring the fully enclosed back yard area. All in all, this was a great rental experience!

Clean, comfortable, nice layout. Plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, 3 refrigerators. This was our second time here and we’re already booking for next year. The host/owner is very nice to work with.

We were a group of 10..5 couples and the house was perfect for us..great gathering spaces indoor & out..The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the household supplies that were provided..Close to both Rehoboth boardwalk & Dewey.

Suzanne‘s property was perfect for our family of 8. From the Jacuzzi on the back patio, to the pool table in the game room - there was plenty to do. The rooms are spread out enough that people can have some privacy in between family time. Everything in the house was well thought out, it has all of the necessities and a few luxuries as well. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Suzanne is a great communicator and clearly takes pride in the experience that a family has when staying at this property.

This home exceeded our expectations. An incredible amount of room for 7 adults and 2 children. Places for everyone to hangout without being on top of each other - especially the peaceful, large yard! and the game room was a hit for all ages.Suzanne truly has the home stocked with everything you possibly need and was quick in response if we had any questions.All-in-all was a wonderful family vacation.

Loved the layout of this house, perfect for having friends with us. The backyard was lovely for enjoying the weather and for our dogs to safely run around. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen and all other supplies we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Suzanne has set up her property as if you are staying at a 5 star hotel and it is wonderful! 5 bedrooms, master suite on one side of one level artistically gorgeous home, 2 bedrooms and 2 bedroom in-law suite on other side Magnificent gardens all around inside enclosed backyard. Plethora of seating inside and out. Linens and plush towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen with double oven. 3 fridges! Dog friendly! Just being your clothes, as the shed holds lots of beach chairs and toys. Close to independent shops and outlet stores. This is a dream rental and we will be back again when we visit Rehoboth with family♥️

The house itself was perfect for the 8 of us. Lots of amenities that added to the charm of the house. Suzanne was very accommodating and responsive host. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for a week when we were in the area for Greyhounds Reach the Beach! I was a little nervous with it being close to the main road, but the backyard was very secure and perfect for our two dogs. There was also a walking trail only a couple blocks away which was wonderful! The house was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning took a little bit to get used to (a couple different switches/remotes), but it worked great and we were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
