Washer and dryer was helpful and stocked with detergent. About 10-15 minutes from old town and all of the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this home. The beds were comfortable and having the extra half bath was very nice since most only have 2. Property had everything we needed while we visited family. Very close to Sandia and the freeway. Grocery stores and restaurants conveniently located. Host was very responsive and I recommend this place if you are looking in this area of ABQ.

Great comfortable oasis in Albuquerque

The house was very dirty. Walls, doors, baseboards, vents , tub and shower needs a deep cleaning. Also had a musty/cigarette smell inside house.

We had a lovely stay in Albuquerque. Loved the interior design and furniture!

The facility had no air-conditioning upon arrival which was fixed later that evening. Minor issues were no bathmat, no hand towels for either bathroom, no mirror in the two smaller bedrooms, and I have to say the couch in the main living room was basically acceptable…

Good accommodations

The property was a good location for our needs, we used the playground with our grandkids. Liked being in the gated community.

Place was nice & in a gated community. Key was available making easy entry convenient . Host was readily available for communication. Perfect size for our family. Easy access to interstate .Beds were comfortable w/ plenty of clean towels. Nice to have 2 seating areas downstairs . Perhaps only thing, in my opinion, that might improve would be a sectional or sleeper sofa. And a binder or QR codes/menus of local nearby restaurant recommendations would be a nice bonus. Very happy with our stay .
