The kitchen was outfitted excellently and even had spices, oils, and seasonings we could use. We had great hangout zones and the dining table had plenty of room.

This property was amazing! It was the perfect space for our family of 6 adults and 6 children. There was all the equipment needed for our toddler including a backpack carrier to use in Bryce Canyon. The kitchen had everything we ever needed and the hosts were incredible!

Our three families (6 adults and 3 children) stayed at this location for 8 nights. When found the home extremely clean and ready to occupy. The hosts quickly replied to any questions. The kitchen was well equipped. Most important the beds were very comfortable. Love the location. Accessible to Zion and Bryce National Parks and trails around Kanab. For crowd free view of Zions try the nearby Deertrap/Cable Mountain and East Observation trail. Loved this place.

We have stayed in dozens of properties and this one was my favorite. Location and house are wonderful but mostly what made this the best were the hosts. Everything- EVERYTHING was well stocked. As a parent of 5 traveling with a group of 14 I cannot emphasize how amazing this was. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent communication. Well thought out property. Just the best experience possible.

Like our previous stay last year around the same time, this place hasn’t disappointed one bit. We brought along two more couples this year. Spacious and warm. We were able to enjoy the house more this time as well. Instead of going to out to eat back in Springdale, we packed meals and snacks for our day trips, and then had dinner every night in the house. What an experience! This is year two here. I feel this may become a tradition. Our hosts were amazing as always. They reached out to me on several occasion prior to our arrival, and during our stay, their communications always began with their willingness to help make our stay more comfortable. Ive been recommending this place to anyone who’s planning a trip to Zion.

2 families- 9 total- kids ranged 17-23. Incredible experience. We have stayed in vrbo homes for over 10 years. This by far was the best stocked and most attentive caregivers. We traveled to Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend. We also visited the town of Moab that has great history.We loved all of it but our favorite was a UTV tour to see The Great Chamber. We were lucky to be at the house during a meteor shower. Our days started very early to get to all these places and we usually got back between 2-3 and we rested, enjoyed dinners, played ping pong and cornhole and watched the stars. It really is an incredible place! Be prepared and stop at stores as you go out. There is no local convenience store! If you have time it was even nice just to take a walk through the neighborhood. The home is incredible! Don’t think twice about booking! They take care of you! Thank you!

Checking in was a breeze. House was spotless. Enough pots and pans and dishes to feed an army. Plenty of places to go yo view the wonderful picturesque areas all around. Absolutely a fantastic experience. The house is just the place to come back to after hiking all day. Relaxing and restful. Patio and hot tub hit the spot.

The house was a perfect fit for our family group of 12 adults and one child. Plenty of space to spread out or congregate, well stocked kitchen. Great location for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon.The Property Management was fantastic at responding to questions and needs both before and during our stay! We would be more than happy to stay here again!

We had very high expectations for our stay and it did not disappoint! What an incredible home with incredible owners! They were responsive and quite accommodating. We were blown away with the quality of the amenities in the home along with the extras (towels, blankets, cookware and utensils, grill, etc...). We have stayed at many rental homes over the past few years and this one was by far the best overall experience we've experienced. All 14 in our party felt the same way. We took advantage of the location and tried out the new pond area (which was very well maintained), took the short/bumpy 10 minute drive to the Observation Point Trailhead and had the most incredible view over Zion Canyon, drove 30 minutes to the Pink Coral Sand dunes where most of us tried the sand sleds, drove up to see Bryce Canyon, ate an above average lunch at the Ponderosa Ranch cafe, and loved the coffee at the cafe in the mornings. We even had a beautiful deer greet us in the driveway a couple times.We absolutely loved the blend of privacy and togetherness that the house allowed for our blended family. If we come back to Southern Utah, we will definitely look to come back here.

THe house is set up great. Room for everyone to enjoy together time, or time to themselves.

This was the perfect home for our family gathering with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 11. We enjoyed the nearby activities with a hot tub to relax in afterwards. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The corn hole game was a fun activity for all ages. The managers of the property were absolutely wonderful.

We had an amazing time and the house was perfect for our large group of friends. The house had everything we needed and the property managers were extremely responsive. The outside patio was perfect for late nights around the fire pit and we really enjoyed the hot tub after many strenuous activities. When we requested extra propane for the fire, they dropped it off quickly and also serviced the hot tub several times throughout the week. Highly recommend this beautiful home in a perfect area to enjoy both Zion National Park and Bryce.

We couldn’t have picked a better house! There were 10 of us and this house included everything we could have possibly needed. It was cozy and made us feel right at home. The host communicated almost immediately every time I reached out for a recommendation. We were so grateful for such a wonderful experience.

This was the perfect stay for our visit to Zion National Park and was a quick 15-20 min beautiful drive to the East Entrance of the park. The house was comfortable for 2 couples and 10 kids (and could easily have held more people). We came there exhausted after 3 days hiking in Arches and we spent out first day just relaxing and enjoying the house. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax while the kids enjoyed the ping pong table, games, and playing in the snow outside. The house was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you could need, the beds and couches were comfortable, and the hot tub was especially nice after a long day of hiking. The hosts were quick to respond to a small issue we had and were so nice and helpful, we highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

This house was really beautiful, incredibly well-equipped, and the hosts were absolutely amazing! Truly the best experience I've had with a VRBO. The neighborhood is close to the east enterance to Zion, which is especially good if you are wanting to do Bryce Canyon as well as Zion. We did have a significant snow... okay, when you're from Tennessee, 8 is a TON of snow. Luckily, the hosts are incredible and came by to clear the driveway on a couple different occaisions. Just a quick text and they we Johnny on the spot. They also had provided a traunch of helpful information about hikes, restaurants, shopping, and more, in advance of our trip, which was incredibly helpful in planning. The house was actually bigger and nicer than i expected. The pictures look nice, but a lot of VRBOs look nice and big in pictures, then you get there, and not so much. This house is very nice and very big. Would easily do 3 families of 4, and probably more.I could go on, but you get it. The house is awesome. The hosts are incredible. The neighborhood has amenities. The location works especially well for those doing Zion and Bryce (which i highly recommend). Book it. Book it now!

This house is perfect in so many ways! The home is beautiful inside and out. It easily accommodated two families and still provided room for quiet time as needed. The location was ideal for visiting the nearby parks. We would highly recommend!

Everything was how it was advertised. The location is absolutely breathtaking. The privacy of the community is great. This was an almost last minute booking as well. I had been leisurely viewing other locations, but didn’t pull the trigger. Then I came across this one. Given that this was our first major trip with our sons, which included their significant others. We wanted to make this trip a test run for potential future trips. Everything worked out beautifully. It does help when you have such a spacious beautiful home that everyone can have their quiet time if needed. We would definitely book again. I appreciated that the host took my call right away. Haven’t had that in the past with other hosts. Always left a message. It was quite helpful since we needed access to the community.

This house was great. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. They have everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The house is very convenient to the East Gate of Zion. We would definitely stay here again.

Place is very well kept and has upgraded interiors. All appliances worked as expected and house was big and spacious for 3 families. Location was convenient. Will highly recommend for visitors to zion
