Spacious, private cottage just a few minutes walk to Ridgevale Beach!

We spent a long weekend in October at this property. The house was quite clean and very comfortable, all the basic necessities were provided for the kitchen and laundry, as well as shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

The house was as described. Clean and enjoyable.

Lovely home overlooking the marshlands. Immaculate, airy, and sunny. Well-equipped and conveniently located. A great stay and we look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely home! The location is wonderful - easy to get in to Chatham as well as other nearby towns, so close to the perfect beach, clean and comfortable. The host was so responsive with great suggestions. So grateful for family time at the Cape!

Such a great week - the home was wonderful & so thoughtfully appointed we lacked for nothing & so just spent our time enjoying our stay. The neighborhood was friendly and the beach so wonderful to explore with the marsh creek entering, especially at low tide. Perfect vacation!

Great house in great location! Wonderful for morning walks around the neighborhood and to the beach. Close to town and wonderful restaurants to enjoy great meals. House was very clean and comfortable for our family to enjoy some beautiful days on the Cape- can’t wait to return

Easy walk to Ridgevale beach which is a nice and quiet beach for the kids. House had everything we needed and was great for our family.

We had a wonderful week at this property. We stay for a week at the cape every year and always pick properties with high ratings for cleanliness and this was the cleanest of them all! It was perfect for 4 adults & 2 kids. The kitchen was well equipped and well organized. Because the property was so great we didn’t need to contact the host during our stay however he was highly responsive to questions I had ahead of time leading up to check in. We walked to the beach multiple times but to visit the beach for the day it still made sense to buy a beach pass and drive since it would be too far to walk with all our beach gear. The outdoor shower was one of the nicer ones we have used and made rinsing off post-beach easy and relaxing! The washer and dryer seemed brand new and it was nice to do laundry without having to go into a basement. We had fun reading & writing in the guest book at the end of our trip and we were sad to leave!

Staying in this cottage in Chatham made our stay even more memorable. Cute, clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach and all of the local attractions.

My family and I had a wonderful late summer week at the Private Cottage at Ridgevale Beach - Chatham. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with plenty of space to accommodate some work days. The house was meticulously clean and well equipped for a week or longer stay. Chris was great to work with and very responsive. Will stay again in future.

In excellent condition, comfortable and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Food sources and restaurants are very accessible. I have rented several vacation houses over the years and this by far beats them all!

Our 2 week stay was lovely The house was spotless, an easy walk to Ridgevale Beach The overall feeling of the house was cheerful and sunny. The location offers plenty of privacy.

We had a wonderful week of the 4th. The house was perfect; great lay out, equipped with everything we needed & beautifully updated and extremely clean. We felt right at home. We especially loved the convenience of walking to the beach (thanks for providing the wagon!). Highly recommend!
