Spacious Private 5BR-Perfect for Family Gathering in Charlotte

Enjoyed great family time in this beautiful property. Would suggest a few things host should make all house rules available prior to booking, grass in back needed cutting, deck furniture and outside area could have used some attention for cob webs. Would suggest future renters bring cookware and serving utensils. Otherwise the home presented beautifully.

The house was awesome. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended this place if you are staying in Charlotte.

We had a wonderful time. The house worked perfectly for our family. Tatiana went out of her way to create a play area for the two grandchildren. Her thoughtfulness was very much appreciated.

The inside of the home is nice and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable the exterior on the front is in need of a clean up. The back deck was dirty and seating was also dirty. Overall if you ignore the exterior the house is nice.

We had plenty of room for our party of 7. Quiet neighborhood. Saw a few deer by the fence line in the back yard. We would stay here again.

The door code was changed sometime in the morning we were to check out. One of our party had an early flight and when we got back to the house at 7:00 the code for the front door was no longer valid.

Overall, the place fit our needs. No major issues or concerns with the property.

Had a family reunion in Harrisburg. This home was perfect in location to the event as well as close to Supermarket and CVS. We all enjoyed our stay.

The property was nice and spacious for our family gathering. A few issues: there were bugs in the upstairs bathroom and although this property was booked for a family gathering, the grass was not mowed so we couldn’t use the back yard and we were aloud 13 adults I received a message from the host enquiring about cars parked on the street. If the property manager does not want to allow family gatherings, please change the listing. Thank you my family still had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and relax. The property is close enough to major roads so we could get to downtown Charlotte in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!!

Very clean property woth great hospitality! Refreshments and k-cups, along with kitchen necessities were available.for use. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and wothin a fewminites of a grocery store. There was plenty to do within ten minutes, and Carowinds was only half an hour. Plenty of sleeping spaces!
