Spacious Pool Home 3 Miles to UF!

Beautiful house very convenient clean and quiet. Pool was fantastic. Definitely want to stay there again!

Stephen was an excellent host! Our family stayed here for a few nights while visiting Gainesville. Check-in was easy. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well-stocked with essentials for a family stay. It is also conveniently located near I-75 with easy access to many grocery stores. The kichen had all the essentials to make family dinners (and memories). The living room was large enough for a family movie night. The kids loved the pool area and game room. The beds in the bedrooms are also very comfortable, making it a perfect rest at the end of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again next time we're in town. Do not miss this hidden gem in Gainesville!

Proximity to campus is awesome! House was well stocked and the inside was impeccable. We wanted for nothing. Definitely my house of choice for future stays! Ping Pong table so fun, corn hole, and the pool to relax and enjoy. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was big and the pool was amazing.

We were in town for a wedding. The booking and checkin process was very easy. Everything was there that we needed. The pictures does this place no justice. Absolutely gorgeous home. There was one discrepancy the check out time at booking and the checkout time given in instructions after booking differs. It didnt matter to us because we left.at 4 a.m. i would say pay attention to the times.

My family stayed here for our baby’s baptism. The home is beautiful and the back yard is private. Nice neighborhood and location. Lots of games inside for kids of all ages. Big dinning space. Nice bedding.

The house was great; very comfortable for our group of six, with enough space for us to spread out and for the kids to run around. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and easy to use, and the appliances were current. We were there for a softball camp at UF, and the house was very convenient for us to get to and from the campus. We look forward to future stays.
