Stayed Aug 8, 2025air conditioning upstairs does not work well - master bath & closet was dirty hasn't been cleaned in a long time-was not informed of person living in attic-the footsteps in the middle of the night scared my daughter and we thought someone was in the house because there was no inside lock for the front door-house needs a lot of work-paid a damage fee of 75 and still waiting for a refund- don't stay here

Stayed Aug 14, 2025The house was amazing, beautiful woodwork throughout, ensuite bathroom not so beautiful (tiny) but functional. Seems as though the house is being updated. Host made sure we had plenty of coffee, sodas etc.Frick Park was a great place to take the kids for an afternoon out and the neighborhood was very comfortable and walkable. Would stay there again

Stayed May 16, 2025Overall experience was fair. House cluttered, dusty, and “eclectic” - nothing matched - chairs, furniture, 2/3 bathrooms not updated. Well stocked with linens and kitchen necessities- would recommend for a single one night large gathering.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025House was great. Only issue was we realized during the first night there were occupants on the third floor. We should have been notified that folks were staying on the third floor. I reached out to the host for confirmation the next day & never got a response. Very odd.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025We did filtered our search by “entire home” and this property was shown for our dates in a good location for our trip. All was fine until about midnight when we heard someone shuffling around, coughing, and talking in the attic. Turns out there was a note we missed in the listing about a renter on the 3rd floor. It was creepy and made it very difficult to sleep.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We had high hopes for this property since the house is beautiful and spacious. Then we discovered the interior security cameras (two on the first floor and two on the second). We covered them to protect our privacy. Also there were condiments in the refrigerator that expired over two years ago.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024This was the perfect place for our family group. The house has gorgeous original woodwork and stained glass windows. Modern kitchen and bathrooms - very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space on the first floor to relax and chat with family. Easy to park 3 cars right in front of the house We really enjoyed our walks in Frick Park and around the neighborhood
