SPACIOUS, perfectly located home! Hot Tub, Pool Table, Theater Room!

Great, big space. Outstanding host. Nice pool table. Amazing big screen. Beautiful back yard. Lovely hutbtub. Excellent location.

We had a great time at this rental! So much space to move around, 2 floors of rooms & living rooms, a whole kitchenette & bathroom on the downstairs floor. I love that thete was a 3rd living room that served as a billards room and built in bar. The whole house was very clean, backyard was nicely landscaped, hot tub worked and had a nice covered patio that we bbqed on with outdoor heaters. The house had lots of supplies and a whole bunch of brochures for activities if your not from the area. The host was absolutely great and communication was a 10/10. Overall, this is one of the coolest houses we've ever rented, We will more then likely rent it again. A great place for families to stsy together while on vacation. Thank you so much for the great experience, it felt like home.

No tv stations, just free internet tv. Wanted to watch football, Saturday and Sunday.

The house was as advertised, well stocked kitchen, spacious, beautiful backyard. Owners were very responsive. You should know that the neighbors are very particular about noise. Just a group of people talking outside caused them to contact owner and police. They watched us from their window our whole stay. We were a bunch of over 50 year olds having a reunion and catching up. I was hesitant to say this, because the owners were nice, but if you have a group that tends to want to talk outside or use the hot tub this might not be the place for you.

Great set up for our team stay for tournament. Able to fit team and supporting parent comfortably. Very well stocked kitchen for feeding a gang.

This home was easily accessible to Portland and had enough space for adults to spread out in their own spaces, as well as several communal areas. The laundry room was a nice bonus for those staying longer than a few days. Check in was well communicated and we had no issues with accessing the home. The showers were a bit tight and some of the linens could use a refresh, but overall this was a pleasant stay for our family.

This property worked great for us! Traveling with 10 adults and one toddler isn’t always easy, but this property afford private sleeping spaces for all. The entertainment spaces are also gracious and the games and activities onsite were a lot of fun.

Nice little neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of everything the home and area had to offer. We were impressed how spacious and comfortable things were.

We were a group of friends from an online community, some of us hadn't even met. There were ten of us and the house easily accommodated us. It was a wonderful weekend, and the house made it feel like we were together as a family.

We came into town with a large group of moms and daughters so we were excited to find a house that would accommodate all of us. As soon as we entered the home we noticed a foul smell. Later that evening when running the washing machine the smell got worse and the sinks in the game room and laundry room began to fill with dirty water. I contacted the owner and she responded quickly and had some septic tank pods delivered for us to flush. I’m not sure if that was the issue or not. While we appreciated the responsiveness and large layout the house, it was pretty dark, old, and not super clean. The bathrooms were also incredibly small and difficult to shower and/or get ready in. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I don’t think we’d stay here again.

We stayed here for our son's wedding--five couples and two children under two. The downstairs was perfect for hosting the two families with small children. This place has plenty of room to spread out and is fully equipped with everything. We were in need of nothing. The host was excellent and attended to all our questions promptly!

Great place to stay with lots of room

I absolutely love this home. We had a very cool experience that I want to share with you. I had a coupon from VRBO that took a lot of money off of the rental. We were coming into town for a family Christmas gift at the MODA center and I did a fast search and saw this home pop-up. I did not recognize it in the pictures at all, but I saw that it was not in downtown Portland, which I was looking for. I wrote to the property management and they were very fast and all of their responses and told me it was about 16 miles to where the basketball game was being played and to expect about 25 to 30 minutes, which was spot on.When my grandson and I got to the house, I kept looking around and thinking it felt very familiar. I suddenly realized Friday night after we arrived there that we had stayed in this house before! My late husband had told me to remember it because if we ever came back to the Vancouver area, he wanted to stay in this area again. We were there 10 years ago And loved it and

Our group of extended family had a great time! We especially enjoyed the fact that there were three distinct gathering areas (the pool table was a huge hit). Plenty of space for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. Thanks!

Great property. 3 families came together to celebrate Christmas. Everyone had their own rooms, plenty of TVs for everyone to watch their favorite shows and plenty of dishes to cook all our favorite meals. Host super responsive to requests.

I wouldn't say I like leaving negative reviews. But here we are. We booked this property for a surprise bday party for a friend. We all traveled into Portland for this since none of us were local. We planned a lot; one was watching the fight, which was one of the deciding factors since this property had a projector and a large screen. Well, it didn't work. The response was there might be a bulb in the closet, and you could replace it. We are not going to mess with someone else's equipment. The heat didn't work in every room, which made the temperature in some of the rooms very, very cold. The property wasn't clean. I had laundry left in the washer (no clue how long), and the bathroom had hair all in the tub and all over the floor. This property needs someone to go in and check everything. None of the remotes had batteries that worked, so it appears this property wasn't ready for occupancy. The host was responsive, but asking us to fix stuff just didn't sit well with me. We paid for what was listed and expected everything to be in working order. This property needs some attention and management oversight. We would not book here again.

We loved everything about this rental. We had a large group of about 10 adults and 5 children. The house was much larger than expected, in a great way! We loved how spread out the house was, so everyone felt like they still had privacy and space. We didn't get outside much, but the backyard was beautiful and would have been utilized much more during warmer weather. Only one family member used the hot tub, but he said it was so nice and peaceful sitting out there under the big tree. We had a few questions come up during our stay, nothing problematic, but the host was very quick to respond and incredibly kind and accommodating! Several family members commented on coming back for future family get togethers. Highly recommend this space!

A group of 12 of us on a tennis team stayed here for a nearby tennis tournament. The house was just what we needed. It was impeccably clean, well decorated, spacious, and fun for a large group with the hot tub, bar/pool table room, theater room and large open concept kitchen, living and dining room. Every guest was beyond pleased with the accommodations.

Nice place. Some cool amenities. Hot tub, pool table, movie room. Fully fenced backyard for the pups. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to quite a bit of grocery, fast eats, and restaurants. Very close access to the freeway. Quick and easy drive to Portland. The house is really built to accommodate a group of people. Lots of rooms. My only gripe and it is a small one at that was the short list of chores to complete before checking out. I wouldn't knock off a star for that though. The place was great in a really nice location.

The property is exactly as represented in the posting. The various spaces provided many options for large and small group activities. We had a great time!

We had 5 couples and each wanted a room, so this worked for that.
