Spacious Packwood Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Near River

Everything was clean and ready for us. We were able to check in a little early and the host was in contact the whole time when I had questions. She was very helpful.

Definitely met our needs for the weekend and we appreciated that they allowed dogs (there is even a crate under the stairs to use!). Clean beds and the rest of the place was clean overall. Nice location on the river but because of recent flooding there wasn’t really any access to the water. We did feel the house was much smaller and not as high quality as the photos made it appear. And while the kitchen was well stocked, appliances weren’t the easiest to use and the cabinets were a bit funky. Not sure if we’d stay there again, but we had a good time. Worked well for kids and pets.

We had a great time, there was lots of space for three couples.

Beds are very comfortable

The home was beautiful, we stay in Packwood frequently and this by far was the most comfortable stay. There was an error in my reservation which was my fault and host was forgiving and kind.

Lovely stay. 5stars alone on the well stocked kitchen. I’ve rarely seen a drawer filled with warm drink options and creams perfect for any age. It was a VRBO miracle! Plenty of blankets, space to relax and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Got a full 48 hrs of snowfall so the skiing was epic. Thank you!

We love Cynthia’s place, and stay at this cabin as often as we can.Kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook.Bedrooms super clean and comfy. Hot tub clean.Great location for walks.

Hot tub was hot and ready for us. Kitchen was terrifically stocked. Would be great to add an air fryer. Loved the fireplaces in so many rooms, the outdoor firepit, and the air hockey game.

Loved this beautiful cabin. We love the layout and all the amenities including the coffee/hot cocoa and creamer. Having laundry detergent was awesome too! All the little extras at this cabin mean a lot. This is my favorite cabin I have stayed in Packwood so far. The location was beautiful too.

Perfect place for our family! We had such a wonderful time. And, so close to the national park! Loved the river, hot tub…very clean property! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Nice location just off the river and a quick walk into town. Nice to have the hot tub after a day of hiking or being in the river.

Very cool house in a great location.

We rented this house for several days and it is the perfect base camp for Mt. Rainier. The hot tub was excellent, the elk were beautiful, the river was relaxing and the house was very comfortable. Stop searching…this is the place!

We enjoyed our stay with 4 grandkids. Home is comfortable and very well stocked. Sat around fire, played games and hiked. We lucked out with the weather!!! Enjoyed seeing elk. Thanks for opening up your home.

A lot smaller than pictured but nice. Not private as stated… and “owner” was spying on us on cameras… super creepy… blew up my phone on the Saturday night, super rude accusing us of having a “party” because we had 8 people around the fire… when the max occupancy is 8… would not stay here again.

The amenities were fabulous and the place was extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again! Our whole family loved it.

This house had everything we needed from good cookware, plenty of dishes, towels, bedding, etc. Nothing was lacking. It has a cozy and welcoming feel to it. Hot tub was great, beds comfortable and appliances were new.were

Our group of ladies enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, many comfortable seating areas and ample space for dining. Bedrooms were comfortable and both areas had lots of space for tucking your personal items.

Our second time here and hope to make this an annual event!

We had this home built in 2000 and sold in 2022. This was our first time back and our grandkids were thrilled to be back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, cozy and clean! The beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect distance from white pass (about 20-25). The house has anything you need to cook or bake. Lots of games and entertainment. We saw several elk while there. I highly recommend this home.

This is by far the nicest cabin we have stayed in! We did splurge with the price, but it was worth it. Gorgeous views of the river that you can walk down to. Minutes (walking distance even) from town, yet still private. The hot tub was awesome for after skiing! The primary suite is gorgeous with it's own balcony and fireplace. Super cozy and a nice surprise was a stunning 10 ft tall Christmas tree that made the place feel so festive. Oh - and there is everything you could need in the kitchen. The host was very quick to respond when we had a question. You will never be disappointed in this vacation home that has been lovingly decorated and cared for!

Nice property in a great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin!! The cabin is very close to town and coffee shops, and a stone’s throw away from the river. We loved the comfort, cleanliness, and openness of the cabin- very inviting! We enjoyed driving to Skate Creek park and walking the short hike with our boys. Excellent communication from our host. We highly recommend staying here and would defiantly stay again!

Great place to stay and go to see Mt Rainier. We had a great time with our family and a new puppy. Thanks!

Lovely spot close to town and very comfortable

This is an extremely comfortable home that is perfectly located for day trips and recreational opportunities. The home has a well-stocked kitchen, all the latest appliances, and an awesome deck that looks out over the Cowlitz River (about 100 yards away). The access to the river walk is 50 yards away. The deck also has a lovely 4-burner grill. The location is perfect and very private. The master suite upstairs is truly phenomenal. Highly recommend this home.
