Stayed Dec 24, 2025This house was very nice and worked well for a Christmas visit with family (they live a couple miles from this rental). Very clean, bedrooms were cozy, kitchen was good, plenty of cookware & kids plates/cups (no baking things - mixing bowl, pan, measuring cups/spoons). Amazing hot water and water pressure. The pictures are very accurate. The living room could use some attention. Not very cozy for relaxing...just half of a sectional (?). We LOVED the playground and walking paths across the street, and the little river. Fun to explore with our kiddos! Communication could be a more proactive - had to reach out for check-in instructions, and for info on how to get into the laundry room (separate, in the carport). Again, pics are accurate and we enjoyed our stay, but some of the listing description is not accurate. Here are some corrections: NO arcade games, life-sized games, board games, books for kids, or toys. There is an air-hocky table and dart board. The outdoor playground is the community one across the street. No lake, no dock. While the backyard IS fully fenced, it is not enclosed - there is no gate to close off the breezeway between the carport and backyard (can see this in the pics). No patio, no balcony, no outdoor furniture at all. While it is single level inside, there are 4 steps to get into the house, in front and on the side.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Horrible experience. Honestly, I debated even leaving a review, but I feel that I should warn others. Property owner does not care about tenants, bare minimum was offered within the house, I had to go to local dollar store and buy the most basic things that should be included.. Microwave was broken on arrival, then rigged so it would stay closed.. upon opening the door flung open and would no re-latch, property owner took a claim out and said I broke it. Then the A/C quit working. House got above 80 degrees. Tried several times to work with property owner, they claimed no service tech could come until my stay was over (not true), they just didn’t want to pay. Was forced to get a hotel for the remainder of my visit. Asked for a partial refund from property owner since I was no longer able to stay at their location. they originally agreed, then tried to back out. Had to get VRBO involved and it took almost 3-4 weeks to get a partial refund, and even then it wasn’t what they originally agreed to. At that point I just accepted it to move on. Even VRBO agent said they were bad and that I was in the right. Be warned though. Property offers bare minimum, property owner has terrible communication, so rent at your own risk.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Very clean house! Walking park with nice playground across the street. Quiet but a bit run down neighborhood. Five minutes to Publix grocery store and about 15 minutes to shopping and eateries. Bring your own cookware if you plan to cook meals as well as spices and oils. The cookware needs to be replaced. Bring your own wash clothes for bathrooms. Half of sectional couch is missing so seating isn’t too comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay.
