Spacious Olivia Beach Home, Updated, Walk to the Beach, Deck, Family Friendly

Overall our stay was great. The house was clean and well organized. The kitchen was well equipped and served its purpose. I would recommend reading the agency’s policy regarding last minute reservations and ID requirements. I received the door code prior to arriving. We arrived very late and the code did not work. Luckily customer service picked up the phone and we were able to get in the door. There was very little hand soap and the guts to the Keurig were missing. I contacted the help number and was told they would take care of it which didn’t happen during our stay. It also took a bit to get the door code to the carriage house as well.

Lovey home in a great area that we have enjoyed and visited many times. Unfortunately the house was in poor condition. Quite dirty, missing bedding, microwave broken, and lacking basics kitchen equipment. The home has been treated pretty rough by previous renters and needs repairs. I feel bad for the owner. Upon expressing concerns they did bring a new microwave but we simply could not stay the whole time. Too many issues. Quite disappointing. We asked for consideration of a partial reimbursement. Haven’t heard back. The staff was professional and kind at Meredith. Just seems like there’s not much they could do. Hoping maybe there could be some financial considerations.

Overall, our stay was great with a good location, adequate parking, etc.. I was disappointed by a leaking toilet in the master bathroom on the first floor. This should have been identified by the person/s cleaning the room. I called twice and the maintenance man fixed the leak the next morning. And, there was no key fob for pool access in the property. The person at your office said that it was the owner’s problem, not their’s. That was the wrong way to handle this problem. Several hours later someone arrived with a pool key. Lastly, there needs to be larger dishwash soap in the kitchen and there should be a liquid soap dispenser at the kitchen sink.

Lots of room and things to do for families! We enjoyed the hot tub, playing games and the beach.

Perfect spot for a fun beach getaway! We had 3 families staying together and there was plenty of room for us all! Access to the beach was easy and the playground right outside the front door was amazing!
