Spacious Old Town Home @ Empire&10th: Modern, Clean, Great Location & Service

Enjoy the best of Park City from our beautiful, spacious modern home in the heart of Old Town. Located on Empire Ave near 10th Street, the house is approximately a 7-10 minute walk to either Park City Mountain Base Pay Day Lift or Main Street (about 0.3 miles in either direction). The Park City Library and convenient bus stops are also nearby. (When you exit our house, you can see the base ski parking lot and the walk to Park City's well known High West bar/restaurant is about 5 minutes.)>
Our home is lightly rented only a few times each year and is well cared for. It offers four generously sized bedrooms, four full bathrooms, private parking, a seven-person hot tub, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for families and groups to relax after a day on the mountain. There is excellent natural lighting on the common floor area.

Guest Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, with a strict limit of 8 adults age 18 and older. Parties of 9 or 10 are welcome only when the additional guests are under age 18. Please be certain your group meets these occupancy limits before booking. We are unable to make exceptions. For groups of 9 or 10, there is an additional charge of $60 per additional guest, per night, to cover the increased cleaning, linens, and towels.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
* Lower Level — Two King Bedrooms

The lower level has two spacious primary bedrooms, each with a king bed, large closet, and private full bathroom.

One primary suite includes a sitting area, fireplace, Jacuzzi spa tub, and large walk-in shower.

The second king suite has a newly renovated 2026 bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.

Both king beds have heated mattress pads for especially cozy winter nights.

* Private Level — King Bedroom + Office Area

This third bedroom occupies its own level and features a king bed, private full bathroom (upgraded in 2026), and a fold-out sofa purchased in 2023. The shower/tub was updated in 2026 with a fresh, modern design.

For guests who need to work during their stay, this room also includes an office chair, spare computer monitor, and printer. There is ample closet space as well.

* Upper Level — Bunk Room

The upper-level bedroom includes a bunk-bed set plus a full-size platform bed. A queen-size Aerobed is also available and can comfortably fit in this room when additional sleeping space is needed.

This bedroom uses the home's fourth full bathroom, which includes a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the main living area.

Exceptional Kitchen & Dining Space: Our kitchen is one of our favorite features of the house and is stocked far beyond the basics. Guests who enjoy cooking will find an abundance of cookware, gadgets, tools, spices, and pantry staples.

Kitchen equipment includes a slow cooker, large rice cooker, full-size toaster oven, Cuisinart food processor, waffle maker, indoor grill, and outdoor grill.

The adjacent dining spaces can comfortably accommodate a group of 10. The main dining table seats six, the kitchen island seats three, and the breakfast table near the front of the house seats four to six.

Hot Tub, Parking & Winter Amenities: The private seven-person hot tub was purchased in 2023 and is a great place to unwind after skiing, hiking, or exploring town. The living room fire-place can provide a nice ambience on a cold snowy day.

The driveway and sidewalk have a working snow-melt system—an especially nice feature during Park City's snowy winters.

The garage includes a spacious boot and glove dryer. The property can accommodate up to four vehicles, with two in the garage and two in the driveway. Please note that extra-large SUVs will not fit inside the garage.

Bright & Comfortable Living Spaces:
Well-placed windows throughout the house provide abundant natural light and complement the home's modern lighting and comfortable furnishings.

The house offers plenty of room for a group to spend time together while its multiple levels and spacious bedrooms provide privacy when desired.

Property Management & Cleaning: We have an excellent local property manager who can assist guests with additional services including additional housekeeping during your stay.

The $450 cleaning fee includes a thorough departure cleaning so that we can continue to keep the home exceptionally well maintained.

For families traveling with young children, we can also provide a high-quality Pack 'n Play, high chair, and booster seat.
