Steps from the beach and boardwalk, this ocean block roomy air conditioned home sleeps 8 with 4 upstairs bedrooms... 2 with twin beds, one with a double bed and one with a queen. The double and queen bedrooms have a water view and adjoin a 2nd floor screened porch with a hammock and table/chairs for enjoying coffee or wine. The accompanying bath has a tub/shower. On the main floor with its sunroom, living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen and 1/2 bath there are both a large screened infront porch and a back deck with table and chairs. Steps from the back deck are an enclosed outside shower and a laundry room with a shower bathroom. In the adjoining garage are bikes and beach paraphernalia. A picnic table sits in the back yard as does a Weber charcoal grill. The driveway provides parking for 2-3 cars and two Rehoboth Beach parking permits accompany each rental. Walk to the heart of Rehoboth & Funland in less than 10 minutes.
