Spacious Oasis in Surprise. 1 mile from Surprise Stadium and city center.

This house was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities one will want for a place to stay away from home. The home was beautiful, clean and well stopped with everything. The pool was perfect. Did not get a chance to get in the hot tub, but it was clean and well maintain. The toys were perfect for our little ones. The games for the adults were excellent. My family loves to play pool and the pool table was a hit for us. We could play pool all day. The host Gary is very very nice. We did not have issues. If you have a baby, there is a crib , high chair, pack n play and toys. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Check pantry before you buy. The best place and excel location. Close to everything.

The property was a great place area and spacious. The host Craig. Was very helpful. The home had everything you need. I will return. The pool and hot tub was great. Thanks. For the great stay.

The house was amazing! The hosts were helpful, and answered any questions very quickly. Plenty of room... it is even better in person than the pictures. The outside area had so many activities, the pool and hot tub were favorites. It was just a really great spot for my family to visit for my daughter's college graduation. Thank you!

The best Vrbo stay. This property is very well maintained and recommended if you need a stay in the Phoenix area.

Great location; close to everything. Amenities are primo; pool, hot tub, putting green and pool table got tons of use by our family of 10.

We loved this rental! The outdoor area was great and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were all very spacious and comfortable.

This was our second stay. We came back because the house is beautiful, clean, and spacious.

Incredible place! Everything was perfect, better than the pictures. Never needed anything as place had plenty paper goods towels ect. Went to Osteria Mia ( hosts recommended) and ended up there 3 of the 4 nights!

We had the most wonderful time in Gary's great place. He was very helpful. Had a kettle delivered overnight and helped us log into You Tube TV so we could watch the Australian Open finals. The place was spotless and very well provisioned with lots of storage for our own food and good supplies of basics, spices etc in the pantry. Didn't heat the pool but the hot tub was fabulous- heated quickly and pool maintenance came while we were there . A great location 5 mins drive from the Surprise Raquet facility where USTA Nationals were being held.

This great home was a ten out of ten for us. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was very well supplied. Lots of beds. Great bedding and towels. Loved the pool table and tvs. Hot tub was great. Location could not have been better for our needs. Communication and check in was easiest we have ever had. Clear instructions for use. Could not have been better. Thank you for sharing your home. Would love to stay again.

We loved our stay! Our family flew in from all over the US to spend Thanksgiving together! The house was spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed the putting green and hot tub and yard games! Our only wish was the ability to heat the pool! We would definitely come again! Communication was amazing!

The house was perfect for our group and so close to the surprise tennis facility.

Wonderful rental close to the Tennis center.Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed the open kitchen that was stocked with Everything including coffee pods for the Keurig, Teas, olive oil… also Ziplocks. The outside was a big hit, especially the seating areas and the hot tub (plenty of towels).Communication with the owner was fast and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful trip. The house was great- felt like we were at home! The location is very convenient to lots of surrounding places, shopping, events etc.

Great place to stay, house had everything we needed for our family of 5, check in was super easy! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Surprise!

We loved the house so much. There are definitely some things money can’t buy and a house that feels like your home is one of them. It’s so cozy and beautiful, the pictures do it no justice. My family enjoyed this spacious home, the pool, and the jacuzzi. Gary was the absolute best host. So accommodating, we needed early and late check in and he took care of us. We will certainly be back. I can’t stop gushing about this property, you feel love in every room. Perfect house for families, if you close your eyes in any room I promise it’ll feel like you’re in your own home.

Everything you would want/need for a comfortable stay. While I did not cook the kitchen was well stocked. The home was welcoming and clean.I would definitely stay again!

This was my first trip to AZ and this place was the perfect house stay in. Very clean, nice pool and plenty games for kids to do. The area was super convenient for the plans we had while we were here. We will 100% stay here again and I highly recommend this place. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Responded quickly to messages as well. Thanks for a great stay!!

Very nice and spacious home! Clean and well stocked. Wonderful back yard! We’d stay again! There are no main level bedrooms just in case that’s important to anyone.

The house was amazing and the location was great. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place perfect for any of the many tennis nationals events... location so close to the courts and a hot tub!
