Spacious North Conway Retreat, Sleeps 11, Game Room & Deck

Great layout with 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for our girls getaway with 8 of us. We will be back!

Location and stay were great. We did have a couple issues and suggestions. The battroom was trash containers had not been emptied. Also, the queen bedroom upstairs the closet

It was awesome, clean, comfortable and beautiful! It was near the center of town and the North Conway scenic train!

The house was amazing! We had 5 kids and 5 adults. The house was super clean and the kitchen is huge. We were able to go downtown,Santa’s Village and Story Land. It was the perfect location! I would stay there again!!

This home is in a fantastic location—tucked away on a quiet street just off the main road, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the spacious layout, especially the two master suites, which gave our group plenty of room to spread out. The basement was a perfect hangout spot, featuring an air hockey table, foosball, darts, and video games. During our stay, we did experience a minor issue with a leaking pipe in the basement, but the property manager was quick to respond and helpful, even on a Saturday night. One thing we hadn’t anticipated was the trash policy—renters are responsible for taking their garbage home or to a transfer station at checkout. While the property manager offered trash removal for a 25 fee, it felt a bit steep for the half-bag of garbage we generated during our two-day stay, though it likely makes more sense for longer visits. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and well-located home—perfect for a NoCo getaway!

We booked last year, this year and will do so again for next year! The house is perfect for large groups. Large living room/Kitchen and 3 full baths. The host is super helpful and responsive. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

A great location to all the fun things in North Conway. A nice quiet neighborhood. A spacious house. I would recommend bringing extra fans for the rooms with the bunk beds if you are visiting during the warmer months.

Plenty of space for kids and adults, great location, and a well-equipped house. Perfect for a get-away!

We went up for a long weekend to visit family in the Valley. Everything worked well--all very easy, notwithstanding a snowfall on the Saturday--we did a little shoveling of the walk and put down the salt that was in the house--all good.
