Rosemary Beach, Florida
Blue Crab Beach House is one of Seacrest Beach's most private homes with a backyard full of nature preserve that lends itself to picturesque views of the forest from its multiple porch spaces and no backyard neighbors. This exceptional location is just a 2-3min walk to the 12,000 sq/ft lagoon pool, directly next to one of the tram stops that shuttles you to and from the beach. Just 5mins to Rosemary, 5mins to Alys Beach, and ideally borders one of Seacrest's nature trails, so your morning walks can begin and end just a few steps off the back porch.
This home greets you with wonderful southern coastal charm and curb appeal with its beach cottage style, well-manicured landscaping, and beautiful craftsmanship displayed in the detail of the porch railings and the exposed rafters. This home is accented with hardwood plank floors, vertical shiplap accent walls, coastal decor, and abundant natural light throughout.
There is a fully-stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware, blenders, coffee makers. There is a powder room off the living room and an outdoor shower just out the home's separate entrance off the kitchen. The master is also located on the main floor with private access to the front porch. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, one 2nd master with ensuite bath and private porch access. The 3rd additional guest suite is currently set-up as the quintessential bunk room with ensuite bath.

Everything about the stay was as advertised. When we got there, a couple of the bikes had low air. We called and they quickly sent out a bike mechanic! Great service
My friends and I were coming into town for a short 3 day weekend trip to reunite. The house was beautiful and in a good location, so close to the beach. We had so much fun biking around and using the close amenities. However, the host neglected to send me any info on check in. They texted me the code to the home, but did not send any information on parking passes, or how to get the wristbands for the pool. I checked back through my email 4 times to see if I missed it there was nothing. We received 3 parking tickets on our cars because of this. The home itself was covered in cat hair. There was cat hair on the couch, on the floors in almost every room and even on the sheets and pillows. My friend had multiple allergic reactions as she is allergic to cats. And when we reached out to the host, they asked for photo evidence and never said anything else. We asked for them to help us with the very expensive cleaning fee and they showed little responsiveness and remorse for us and my friend. As per her bad luck, the same friend found a used bandaid on the blanket she had pulled off the couch. Yikes. After that we started to wonder if they had even cleaned. Another thing to add, we unfortuantely had enough toilet paper for just one day, and there were no paper towels, and no extras. I recommend you stay somewhere else, I believe you will have better luck with cleanliness and you will have a more responsive, considerate host, elsewhere from 30A Vacay.
nice home! annoying that the property manager did not run my payment before and called me when I was an hour away for my card number...then said we could not check in early, so I took the kids to a restaurant, then 10 minutes later I got a text that it was ready...that part was annoying and seemingly unorganized. The house was perfect though. enjoyed the week
