Spacious, New Renovation | Near T

The property is spacious, newly renovated and near the T as advertised, but it is not a 10. It's a solid 8.5. We had dust throughout. It looks like if 1 party doesn't use a room, housekeeping let's it go so some of the smaller rooms upstairs had dirty filters and lots of dust. Notice that there are no pictures of the outside posted? That's because the outside is not well maintained. The front and back yards are ugly and both have stuff stored, like the 5 gallon Home Depot container that greeted us and remained near the front door. There is a grill, but it is shared with the other unit, and it is in the unkept backyard. The door to the front deck is nailed shut and unusable. The toilet paper holders in most of the bathrooms don't work - they fall off upon use. The lights flickered when we used the iron (upstairs bedroom, first on the right) and the blender tripped a circuit. At this price point, there should be matching wine glasses and other amenities (shampoo, body lotion) that just weren't included. My group had a great trip, we rolled with it, but more work needs to be done to get the 10.

House was perfect for large groups. Was in a great location about a 10-15 ride to Fenway and downtown Boston. Spacious rooms, historical neighborhood, clean bathrooms. Host was very responsive with great Communication.

This was exactly what we were looking for. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our group and 1 tv in the house was enough. We had 12 people, 4 of them children and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We rented a car which we probably didn’t need as the T was close enough to walk to. There was a great little convenience store and a fun little bar within 2 blocks of the house. Nice outdoor space off the kitchen with places to sit. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe walking around. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Place was absolutely beautiful and so much space for all of us to sleep plus 5 bathrooms (4 of which had showers or tubs). Was able to find street parking a couple minutes away for Friday night. Was able to park on the same street as the house during the weekend. Was a little confusing using the oven but we figured it out. Would definitely recommend staying here! Oh and I loved the comforters! Also super fast response time when one of our guests had trouble opening the door (which was really easy).

The house was absolutely worth the stay. It was stocked with everything we needed, very spacious, and exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfortable, and we would definitely want to stay here again.

Not enough parking

Amazing house and great location - made for a fun trip for our entire family. Thanks for helping us make some great memories!

We used the open space to host our employee meeting before a conference we were attending. Plenty of space. Kitchen was very nice and open.

Fantastic space to share with a large family. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Small market a few blocks away was great for last minute needs.

Clean, Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Have to share the driveway with other renter which wasn’t a problem for us.

The property was exactly as pictured! The communication was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable.

Home was spacious and homey. Beds were very comfy. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and they even purchased items (turkey pan and baster!!) for us to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. Would def stay again!

Wonderful property with lots of room, upscale feel, large kitchen and gathering area. We had 4 couples, each with their own room (king or queen beds) and bathrooms! Nice location with one off-street parking spot which was VERY important. Dining table fit all eight for dinner and games. Little market close by- walked to a restaurant for dinner one night. The host was very accessible and even had a crockpot ready for us after an inquiry! We would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful home base for our Boston/New England trip.

Stayed with a large group for Labor Day weekend. The property was more than enough not just to house everyone, but sleep everyone as well. Property was clean and as depicted in the listing pictures. Very ideal location (near public transit, shopping centers, and short Uber rides away from key locations)

The perfect base for our trip to Boston, with plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The lounge was ideal as a central place for everyone to mingle and we loved having access to the balcony too.

Found that this location was great for the size of our group. Amenities were all there. Location made it easy to get around. Glad we chose it. No complaints that I could come up with.
